Maah-e-Ramadan Part 1
Aaj ke iss bayan ka mauzoo Maah-e-Ramadan hai, aur aaj Shaban ki 28 tareekh hai aur ye 1445 hijri chal rahi hai, yani 9 March 2024. Anay walay ek ya do din me Ramadan In Sha Allah shuru ho jayega. Yani agar kal chand dikh gaya, jis ke astronomical calculations ke mutabiq chances zyada hai, to kal raat se taraweeh shuru ho jayegi. In Sha Allah.
Iss ayat ke zariye roze farz kiye gaye hain, aur aage ka mafhoom kuch is tarha hai ke, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) hamare liye asani ka irada farmate hain aur takleef ka irada nahi.
Nasai aur Ahmed ki ahadith me, Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne farmaya ke, tumhare paas Ramadan ka mahina aa gaya, jo ke ek Mubarak mahina hai…,[1]
Kuch logon ke liye Ramadan ek mubarak mahina nahi balke takleef wala mahina ban kar aata hai,
- Kya aisa kehna ek nazriya hai? Ya,
- Waqay hi baaz logon ke liye aisa ho gaya hai?
Ek taraf Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) farmate hain ke, Wo aasani ka irada karte hain aur Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) farmate hain ke ye Mubarak mahina hai, toh, iss ke barkhilaf ye takleef wala mahina kaise ban gaya?
Bukhari aur Muslim ki hadith, farmaya Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne ke, logon ke liye aasaniya paida karo aur mushkilaat nahi, aur unhe pur-sukoon karo aur unhe peeche na chhorrh do. [2] [3]
Bukhari ki hadith, farmaya Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne ke, mazhab (yani ke islam) aasan hai, aur jo koi iss mein sakhti ikhtiyaar kare, (toh wo ye jaan le ke) deen uss per ghalib aa jayega, (toh behtar) ye hai ke darmiyani raasta akhtiyaar (kiya jaye ibadat ke liye), agar ye (darmiyani raasta) bhi nahi apna sakte toh, uss ke qareeb wala rasta ikhtiyaar karlo aur basharat do aur Allah ki madad mango, subah aur shaam ke waqt aur raat ke kuch hissay mein.[4]
To, In-Sha Allah, ye jaan-nay ki koshish karenge, aur iss mein jo aasaniya di gayi hain, jo concessions diye gaye hain, unn ko jaan-nay ki koshih karenge.
1. Ramadan ki khasiyat
Ramadan ki khasiyat iss liye hai ke, jo sab se pehli wahi nazil huwi Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) par wo Ramadan ke mahine me, Shab-e-Qadr ko ya Lailatu al-Qadr ko nazil huwi.[5]
2. Ramadan me hume kya karna chahiye?
To iss ka jawab dene ke liye, sab se pehle Quran ki ayat par nazar daalte hain aur chand ahadith ko sunte hain;
- Surah al-Baqarah me, Ayat 183 se rozon ka zikr shuru hota hai, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) farmate hain ke, Aye Iman walo! Tum par rozay farz kiye gaye hain, jaisa ke tum se pehle ki qaumo.n par farz kiye gaye thay, takay tum taqwa wale bano (Taqwe ka matlab Gunahon ko chhorrh kar nek amal karne walay aur Allah se darne walay bano).[6]
- To yahan se pata chala ke, roze rakhne ka hukum sirf musalmano ko hi nahi huwa, balke doosri qaumo ko bhi Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) ne hukum diya tha.
- Aur roza rakhna kyun hai? Takay hum gunaho se bachei.n aur nek amal kar sakay. Yani hum taqwe walay banay.
- Ab iss ke baad wali ayat me ek encouragement hai, concession hai, aur ek tarah ki khushamad kar rahe hain, Allah (جل جلاله) Ayat shuru ho rahi hai ke,
- Ginti ke chand din hain, iss par bhi jo tum me se bimar ho ya safar par ho, to doosre dino me (chhoottay huwe) rozon ki ginti poori kar lo, jo iss ki taqat rakhte hain. Aur jo roza na rakh sakay, unn par fidya hai, ek miskeen ko khana khilane ka. Aur jo apni marzi se koi khair karna chahe to uss ke liye khair hai aur Roza Rakh le ye tumhare liye behtar hai agar tum jaano.[7]
- Ginti ke chand din hai, 30 din hai, rakh lo roza rakh lo;…;
- phir concession bhi de rahe hain ke, agar tum bimar ho ya safar par ho to baad me rakh lo, agar rakh sakte ho to,
- Acha roza nahi rakh saktay to fidya de do, ghareebon ko aur miskeeno ko khana khila do,
- Roza rakh lo, ye tumhare liye behtar hai…
- To ye ek qism ki khushamad hai jaisa lag raha hai, kyun ke, hamare baaz log Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) ko hi chakma dene, ek shehr se doosre shehr ja rahe hain, kyun?
- Kyun ke, wo ye samajh rahe hain ke, wo safar par hain,…, shehr ke bahar gaye, kha liye aur pi liye, ab wapas aa gaye,
- Iss liye ayat ke aakhir me Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ne farmaya ke, agar roza rakh lo to ye tumhare liye behtar hai…
- Kyun behtar hai?
- Kyun ke, aaj weight loss ke naam par, diabetic treatment ke naam par – logon ko roza rakhaya ja raha hai. Poore din ka nahi to, aadhe din ka, ya chand ghantton ka roza rakhaya ja raha hai.
- Iss liye Allah Ta’ala keh rahe hain ke, Tum Roze rakh lo, to ye tumhare liye behtar hai,
- Ek bhai sahab, tabiyat kharab thi gaye doctor ke paas, doctor dawa to de diya, bola thoda kum khaiyye,
- Phir bola, aap roza nahi rakhte?
- Wo musalman hafte me do roze rakhte hain na,…, wo roze rakh liye to ye sab bimariyon se bach jaate.
- Ye kaun keh raha hai, ye ghair muslim doctor keh raha hai.
- Quran me to hidayat aa gayee, Tum roze rakh lo, to ye tumhare liye behtar hai,
- Jitni aaj bimariyan hain, unn ka ilaaj roza hai,
- Obesity ya Motapa,
- Type 2 Diabetes – to keh rahe hain ke reverse ho jaa rahi hai, roza rakhne se,
- Jitni auto-immune diseases hain, unn ka ilaaj roza hai,
- Poly-Cystic Overies ho,
- Blood Pressure, Khoon me triglycerides, Cholesterol Levels ko regulate karna ho,
- Ilaaj,…, roza hai.
- Ab ek nayee research ye keh rahi hai ke, jo log roza rakhte hain, unn ki overall health improve ho rahi hai;
- Body detox hoti hai,
- Insan ka jigar, ya liver jis ko kehte hain,…, wo 24 ghatte ka glucose jama karke rakhta hai,
- Roza rakhne se ye level jo saal bhar me kum nahi huwa, wo kum hone lagta hai,
- Aur jism iss change ko adjust karne ke liye kaam karna shuru karta hai,
- Poora jism iss process ko adapt karne lagta hai, aur jaise jaise roza rakhte hain, waise jism ko faida hone lagta hai.
- Iss ki wajah se cancer cells ko effect hota hai, aur agar koi cancer treatment le raha hai to wo zyada effective ho raha hai, roza rakhne se.[8]
- Aisa nahi ho sakta ke, Allah (عز وجل) ne bimari banayi aur uss ka ilaaj na banaya ho, ye nahi ho sakta,
- Aaj doctors keh rahe hain ke, sugar ka, diabetes ka ilaaj roza hai.
- Nahi, agar tum roza rakh lo to ye tumhare liye behtar hai.
- Ye saare to iss duniya ke faide hain, asal maqsad kya hai roza rakhne ka, takay hum taqwa waale bano.
- Gunahon ko chhorrh do, nek amal karne walay bano, to kisi ko sharab ki adat hai, to nashe ki halat me namaz ke qareeb matt aao bolay, kyun ke, tum kya keh rahe ho wo samajhte nahi, Namaz chhorrh do nahi bolay, kyun ke, namaz tamam buraiyyon se bachati hai.
- Kisi ko drugs ki adat hai, Namaz nahi chhorrhna hai,
- Addiction se bahar nikalna mushkil hai, lekin namaz parrhte rahenge to ek din addiction bhi chhoott jayega, In Sha Allah.
- Sharab ki hurmat ke ahkamaat bhi jo aaye hain, wo 3 stages me aaye hain. Aur ye aayaat aaj bhi Quran me maujood hai – aur aaj bhi implementable hai.
- Ab rozon ke baare me khaas baat ye hai ke, agar bhoole se bhi insaan kuch kha ya pi le, to roza nahi toot-ta, balke aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, Allah ne usay khilaya ya pilaya hai.[9]
- Itna encouragement rozon ko le kar – kyun?
- Kyun ke, iss me hamare liye bhalayee hai,
- Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) khushamad kar rahe hain, tum roza rakh lo to ye tumhare liye behtar hai.
- Addiction ki baat chal rahi hai to, ek addiction pornography hai, fahash bhi ek addiction hai,
- Iss ka bhi ilaaj roza hai,
- Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, behtareen roza wo hai, jo Dawood (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَام) ka roza tha, wo saal bhar,…, ek din aad roza rakhte thay yani every alternate day roza rakhte thay.[10]
- Aisay roze rakhna, nafsiyati bimariyon ko khatam kar deta hai. ADF google kariye, aur aap ko dher saare health benefits mil jayenge.[11]
- Aur phir rozon ke baare me ye baat ko zehan me rakhe,
- Hadith-e-Qudsi hai, Ibn Adam ka har amal uss ke liye hai, aur uss ka ajr dus se saat sau gunah hai.
Aur jism glucose ke bajaye ketones ko fuel ke taur par istemaal karne lagta hai. To sciencedaan kehte hain ke, ketones burn hone ke nateeje me – insaan ke muh se boo aane lagti hai.
- To doctors iss ko ketosis kehte hain, jab insaan ka jism FAT burning process me chala jaata hai, ye pehle roze se shuru nahi hota, lekin 3-7 din lagte hain.
- To samajh me aa raha hai ke, shayed ye mansha hai Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ka.
- Wallahu Alam.
- Phir aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne kaha ke, Jannat ka ek darwaza hai, jis se sirf rozedar hi dakhil honge, aur jab saare rozedaar uss se dakhil ho jayenge, to wo darwaza band kar diya jayega.[13]
3. Ramadan ke Mahine me Hum Rozay Kyun Rakhte hain?
Iss ka jawab, Surah al-Baqarah ki ayat 185 me hai, jisay humne iss dars ke shuru me tilawat kiya tha;
2-185: Ramadan ka mahina wo hai, jis me Quran nazil kiya gaya, jo logon ke liye (inasano ke yani Human Beings ke liye) hidayat hai (Guidance hai), aur (iss me) hiyadat ko khol khol kar bayan kar diya gaya hai, aur ye haq aur batil me farq karti hai (yani sahih aur ghalat ko alag alag kar deti hai). To jo koi tum me se, iss mahine me maujood ho, usay chahiye ke, poore mahine ke roze rakhe, aur jo bimar ho ya safar par ho, to doosre dino me rakh kar unn ki ginti poori kare…[14]
- Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, “Ramadan ka Mubarak mahina tumhare paas aya hai, jis me Allah (جل جلاله) hume rozay rakhne ka hukum diya hai, aur iss mahine me aasmaano ke darwaze khol diye jaate hain, aur dozaq ke darwaze band kar diye jaate hain aur sarkash shayateen ko bandh kar diya jaata hai. Aur iss mahine me ek raat hai, jo hazar mahino se behtar hai, to jis kisi ko iss raat ke khair se rok diya gaya ya mehroom raha, to wo beshak mehroom ho gaya.[15]
- Aur kyun ke, Rozay rakhne ka maqsad hi taqwa hasil karna hai, to roza bhi rakh rahe hain aur gunah bhi kar rahe hain, ya haram kaam kar rahe hain, ye nahi ho sakta. Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya;
- Roza bhi rakhe aur jhoott bhi bole, aur bure kaam bhi kare, to Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ko aise logon ka bhooka aur pyasa rehne ki koi zaroorat hi nahi hai.[16]
- To Ramadan ke roze hume iss liye rakhna chahiye, kyun ke, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ne hume hidayat di hai, Quran ata kiya hai, to uss ka shukr ada karne ke liye rakhna chahiye.
- Ramadan Quran ke nuzool ka mahina hai, Quran issi mahine me nazil hona shuru huwa aur wo peer ka din tha. Iss liye ahadith me ata hai ke, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) saal bhar har hafta, peer ke din roza rakhte.[19]
- To iss mahine me jitna zyada Quran aap parrh sakte hain, parrhna chahiye. Apna ta’aloq Quran ke sath banana zaroori hai, har din, thoda thoda, Quran parrhe, uss ko samjhe, uss par amal kare – ye behtar hai bina samajhe parrhne se.
- Ibn Majah, Abu Dawood aur Tirmidhi ki ahadith me ata hai ke, jis kisi ne Quran ko teen din se kum me khatam kiya, uss ne Quran ko nahi samjha, jab ke Bukhari ki hadith me aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya, 7 din se kum me Quran khatam matt karo.[20]
- Inn sab ka matlab ye hai ke, Quran ko samjha jaye, uss par amal kiya jaye. Na ke bina samjhe parrha jaye, Quran sawab hasil karne ke liye to nazil nahi huwa, wo to insaano ko sirat al-mustaqeem par lane ke liye nazil huwa, to baghair samjhe ke parrhenge to sirat al-mustaqeem tak kaise pahunchenge?
- To iss ramadan me azam kare ke, hum Quran ko samajh kar parrhenge. Khatam na bhi ho to koi baat nahi.
- Phir ye jo concessions Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) de rahe hain, wo sirf roze rakhne ko delay kar rahe hain, aur kyun ke, Ramadan ke roze farz hain, inn rozon ko hume baad me poora karna zaroori hai – takay jitne bhi din miss huwe, utne din hume ijazat hai ke baad me roze rakh kar poora kare.
- Jab Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) concession dete hain, unn concessions ko istemaal karna chahiye, agar waqay hi bimar ho – Ek professional doctor mashawara de raha hai ke roza nahi rakh saktay, ya waqay hi safar par ho – kaam aa gaya aur safar karne ki zaroorat hai, to Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ke diye huwe concessions ko istemaal karna chahiye.
- Aise mauqon par – roza chhorrh dena chahiye, jaisa ke Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne kiya hai.
- Nasai ki hadith, Jab bhi aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) Ramadan me safar karte to roza chhorrh dete.[21]
- Ab aiyye unn logon ki baat karte hain jin ke liye, Ramadan Museebat bann kar aata hai. Wo log aisi mehnat karte hain, jo mazdoor hain, aur unn ka kaam aisa hai ke wo agar roza rakhe to poora na kar sakay ya bohot hi mushkil se poora kar saktay hain, aur agar na rakhay to phir saal bhar me kabhi bhi rozay poore nahi kar sakte.
- Ya phir office me kaam karne walay log hain, jin ka kisi na kisi cheez ke saath addiction hai, jaise coffee ya cigarette waghairah. To aise log roza rakh kar kaam par focus nahi kar sakte, to kya kare?
- Jo mazdoor qism ke log hain, jaisa hamare ustad Dr. Anees sahab iss mas’ale ko address karte huwe kehte thay ke, ye log asal safar ki halat me hain. Jis qism ki mehnat aur mashaqqat ye karte hain, paidal chalna, bus me safar karna, dhoop me, garmi me, phir kaam karna aur wapas aana. Aise log ye concession me aa jayenge. Aur inhe roza nahi rakhna chahiye, kyun ke, inn ko apni rozi-roti halal karna hai.
- Ek taraf roza rakh rahe hain aur doosri taraf, kaam barabar nahi karenge to inn ka rizq halal kaise hoga?
- To aise log roza na rakhe, Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) ke diye huwe concession ko istemal kare. Agar baad me rozay rakh kar poore kar sakte hain to theek hai, warna kaffara ada kar de. Logon ko khana khila de.n
- Aur agar kaffara dene jitne paise nahi hain, to koi baat nahi hai.[22]
- Aur jo log offices me kaam karte hain aur addiction ka shikar hain, unn ki halat roza rakhne se bohot kharab ho jaati hai, ya koi aur mas’ala hai jis ki wajah se office ka kaam effect ho raha hai, to aise logon ke paas do options hain:
- Apni chhutti Ramadan ke mahine me plan kare, aur roza rakhe. Takay iss se kaam bhi effect na ho, rozi bhi halal rahe aur roza rakhne me jo mashaqqat hoti hai wo bardasht kare. Aur agar roza rakhne me itni takleef ho rahi hai ke, roza continue nahi kar sakte to roza khol de, chhutte huwe din baad me poora kare,
- Aur agar chhutti ramadan ke mahine me nahi mil sakti, to ramdan ke weekends par hi roza rakhe aur jab chhutti milegi to uss dauran rozay poore kare,
- Aam taur par ye dekha gaya hai ke, jo log addiction ke shikaar hain, unn ka addiction ramadan ke mahine me kum ho jata hai, iss ka faida utthaye, cigarette ya coffee jaisi cheezen, aam dino me 10 cigarette pi rahe thay masalan, to ramadan me 5 hi pi rahe hain. Iss trend ko continue rakhe, aur iss tareeqe se faida utthate huwe, ghair ramadan me iss lath se chhuttkara paye. Niyat sahih banaye, irada kare, koshish kare aur Allah se dua kare, In Sha Allah – ye addiction se door ho jayenge.
- Lekin, hota ye hai ke, Ramadan khatam hone ka intezaar karte hain, aur phir wapas wohi addiction par wapas ho jaate hain. To iss se bachne ki koshish karna chahiye.
4. Chaand dekh kar rozay rakho aur chhorrh do
Chand ko dekhne se mutalliq, itni controversy hai, itne jhagde hote hain, to do ahadith hain, jis se baat bilkul clear ho jaati hai:
- Kayee ahadith me ayah ai ke, Chaand ko dekh kar, Roza Rakhna shuru karo aur Chaand ko dekh kar Roza rakhna chhorrh do, aur agar aasmaan abar-alood hai to mahine ki ginti (shaban ho ya ramadan) 30 din ki kar lo,[23]
- Ab baaz log kehte hain ke, astronomical calculations per hum moon sighting ko base kyun nahi kar sakte? Poori duniya me ek chaand dekh kar hum roza kyun nahi rakh sakte ya Eid kyun nahi mana sakte? Ye har saal sawalat hote hain. Iss ka jawab bhi Abu Dawood ki ek hadith me hai ke;
- Kuraib (رضي الله عنه) kisi kaam se Mu’awiyah (رضي الله عنه) ke paas shaam ko yani syria jaate hain, aur Ramadan ka chand wahan dekhte hain Juma ki sham me.
- To jab wo Madina wapas aate hain, Ramadan ke aakhri hisse me, to Ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنه) unn se chand ke dekhne ke baare me poochhtay hain ke tum ne chand kis din dekha?
- Kuraib (رضي الله عنه) kehte hain ke, Sham me hum ne chand Juma ke din dekha, logon ne bhi dekha aur roza rakha aur wahan ke Governor Mu’awiyah (رضي الله عنه) ne bhi dekha aur roza rakha.
- Ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنه) ne kaha ke, Madina me humne chand Hafte ki sham me dekha, aur uss waqt se roza rakh rahe hain yahan tak ke 30 din mukammal ho jaye ya hum shawwal ka chand na dekh le.
- Iss par Kuraib (رضي الله عنه) ne poochha ke, kya Mu’awiyah (رضي الله عنه) ka chand dekhna aur unn ke rozay hamare liye kaafi nahi hai, saboot ke taur par ke chand syria me juma ki sham ko nazar aya.
- To Ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنه) ne jawab diya ke, nahi kaafi nahi hain, kyun ke, hume Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne chand dekhne ka hukum diya.[24]
- To yahan se baat saaf ho jaati hai ke, chand dekhna zaroori hai – uss jagah, jahan par hum hain.
- Ab ek website hai, moonsighting.com ke naam se. Jis par astonomic calculations ke hisab se moon sighting curves wo publish karte hain aur website har mahina do waqt update hoti hai. See below images…
5. Sehri aur Iftar
Sehri karna bohot hi zaroori hai,
- Pehli wajah kya hai, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya iss me barakat hai,[25]
- Doosri wajah kya hai, sehri musalmaan aur ghair musalmaan (yani ahle kitab) ke rozon me farq karti hai, matlab ye hai ke, Musalman roza sehri kha kar rakhta hai aur ahle kitab yani yahoodi ya eesayi bina sehri ke rakhta hai,[26]
- Sehri ko dayr tak khana chahiye aur iftar me jaldi karna chahiye, yehi Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ka tareeqa hai.[27]
- Ab hamare paas to sehri ki dawat hoti hai, raat ke 9 baje se sehri shuru hoti hai, aur uss ke baad log ja kar so jaate hain.
- Ya baaz log raat ko jaagte hain, 1 ya 2 baje raat ko sotay hain, to sehri ke waqt nahi utth’te.
- Aur baaz log to sirf raat hi ko jaagte hain, roza kholay aur ab wahan se unn ka din shuru hota hai aur sehri kar ke so jaate hain, din bhar ki namazein gol kar jaate hain.
- Jaisa ke humne suna, rozay rakhne ka maqsad Allah ka taqwa hasil karna hai, to aisa karne se bache, Allah Ta’ala hume bhooka pyasa rakhna nahi chahta, balke ye hamari training ho rahi hai.
- Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, meri ummat me khair uss waqt tak baqi rahega, jab tak log iftar karne me jaldi karte rahenge.[28]
- Ramadan aata hai to Sehri ki behas shuru ho jaati hai;
- Sehri dayr tak khaane ka hukum hai, lekin ye dayr kitni dayr hai?
- Ab yahan confusion iss liye huwa, kyun ke, Indian – Pakistan – Bangladesh me, Fajr ki azan dayr se di jaati hai. Asal fajr ke waqt nahi.
- Issi liye jo asal Fajr ka waqt hai, jab azan hona chahiye tha, wahan hamare paas Sairan bajate hain. To Sairan ki awaz asal me fajr ka waqt hai, aur iss ke saath sehri khana chhorrh dena chahiye.
- Issi liye baaz maslak ke log – Sairan ke baad Sehri jaari rakhne ko haram samajhte hain, lekin clear cut batate nahi ke, asal Fajr ka waqt shuru ho chuka hai aur ye apne maslak ke hisab se azan dayr se de rahe hain. Issi wajah se confusion paida ho gaya, uss confusion ko hal karne ke bajaye, logon ko aur confuse kar rahe hain.
- Lekin India – Pakistan waghairah me, ek jamat aisi bhi hai, jo awwal-e-waqt azan bhi deti hai aur namaz bhi parrhti hai, aur yahan Arab mumalik me bhi, Fajr ke awwale waqt ke sath fauran Azan ho jaati hai, to Azan ke sath sehri khatam ho jaati hai.
6. Qiyamul Lail ka Bayan
Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, jo koi Ramadan ki raaton me iman ke sath aur sawab ki ummeed me namaz me khada hoga, yani Qiyamu al-Lail karega, to uss ke pichle gunah maaf kar diye jayenge.[29]
- Qiyam ka matlab kya hai, khada hona, aur Lail ka matlab raat ke hain. To Qiyamul Lail ka matlab raat ko khada hona, namaz parrhna.
- Ab yahan bohot controversy hai, taraweeh bhi parrhna hai aur tahajjud bhi parrhna hai, kya hai?
- Muhammad Ali Mirza Sahab ka iss par bayan hai, uss ko dekh lein wo iss maslay ko ahadith ki roshni me saaf kar diya hai. Unhone kaha ke;
- Imam Bukhari ne Ramadan me Qiyamul Lail ke chapter me jo ahadith darj kiya hai, wohi ahadith Tahajjud ke section me aur Witr ke Section bhi darj kiya hai, ye batane ke liye ke ye alag alag namaze nahi hain.
- Surah Bani Israil ki Ayat # 79 me, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ne Tahajjud ki namaz ko, Qiyamul Lail ko Farz qarar de diya, “Aur jab raat ho to tahajjud iss ke zariye ada ki jiye (Yani Quran ke zariye, Quran ki tilawat kariye uss me). Aur ye nafil khaas aap ke liye hai (poori ummat ke liye farz nahi hai), aur qareeb hai ke, Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) aap ko Muqaam-e-Mahmood par (Muqaam-e-Shifa’at par) fayez karde.
- To aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke liye ye namaz farz thi, poora saal, aur ummat ke liye ye namaz sunnat hai, sahaba ikraam parrhte thay, taba’een aur taba-taba’een parrhte aaye hain, aur Allah ke khaas bande tahajjud guzar hote hain.
- To Qiyamul Lail poora saal hai, ussi ka naam Tahajjud hai, aur ussi ka naam witr hai, aur Ramadan me alag naam se bayan kiya gaya hai – aur Taraweeh ka lafz istemaal huwa hai.[30]
- Bukhari me amma Aisha (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْها) farmati hain ke, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) Ramadan ho ya ghair Ramadan ho, 11 Rakat se zyada Qiyamul Lail nahi parrhte thay. Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) pehle chaar rakat parrhte thay, unn ki khoobsurati aur lambai na poocho aur phir 4 rakat parrhte thay, unn ki khoobsurati aur lambai na poocho. Phir aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) teen rakat witr ada karte thay.[31]
- Yani ye namaze.n,…, do-do rakat karke aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) parrha karte thay.
- Aur aakhri me ek rakat parrh kar namaz ko witr yani odd bana dete thay.
- Bukhari ki hi ek aur hadith me, amma Aisha (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْها) farmati hain ke, Ramadan ke mahine me aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne teen din tak jamat se Qiyamul Lail ki namaz parrhayi aur chohte din, Masjid-e-Nabawi me log jama huwe lekin aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) nahi aaye. Poochhne par aap ne wajah batai ke, mujhe khadsha tha ke, tumhare liye ye namaz kahin farz na ho jaye. Amma Aisha farmati hain ke, log individually ye namaz parrhte rahe, aur aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke inteqaal tak yehi mamela raha, yani phir kabhi jamat ke saath Qiyamul Lail ki namaz nahi parrhai gayi aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ki zindagi me.[32]
- Phir Bukhari me, Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) se riawayt hai ke, ye mamela Abu Bakr (رضي الله عنه) ke zamane tak aise hi log individually Qiyamul Lail karte rahe aur Umar (رضي الله عنه) ki daur-e-khilafat ke shuru ke hissay me yehi mamela raha.[33]
- Phir, Umar (رضي الله عنه) ke daur-e-khilafat me, ek raat jab aap Masjid-e-Nabawi me tashreef laye, to dekha ke, log alag alag namaz parrh rahe hain, qiyamul lail kar rahe hain, koi akele, to koi kisi qari ke peechhe, to koi aur hafiz ke peechhe. To Umar (رضي الله عنه) inn logon ko ek imam ke peechhe jama kar diya, aur Ubai Bin Kaab (رضي الله عنه) ko iss duty par lagaya. Phir kuch din ke baad, phir jab Umar (رضي الله عنه) Masjid-e-Nabawi tashreef le gaye, to dekha ke log ek imam ke peechhe namaz parrh rahe hain. To unhone farmaya ke, ye kaisa acha naya kaam maine shuru kiya, yahan lafz-e-bidat istemaal huwa hai, deen me nayi ijaad ke liye nahi, balke Sunnat-e-Rasool (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ko wapas zinda karne ke maano me Umar (رضي الله عنه) ne kaha.[34]
- Yahan baat note karne wali ye hai ke, ye naya kaam sunnat se sabit hai, teen din tak aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne Qiyamul Lail ki namaz parrhayi, lekin jab aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ko khauf huwa ke, kahin ye namaz ummat par farz na ho jaye to aap ne mana kar diya, lekin Umar (رضي الله عنه) ke zamane me ye khauf khatam ho gaya, to iss sunnat ko aap ne zinda kiya.
- To ye iss baat ka saboot hai ke, Qiyamul Lail Ramadan ka poora mahina, ek imam ke peechhe ada ki ja sakti hai.
- Agar ye bidat hoti, jis ke baare me aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne dozaq ki saza sunai, to sahaba ikraam iss par jama kabhi bhi nahi hote.
- Balke, iss sunnat ko revive karne ka kaam Umar (رضي الله عنه) ne kiya, jis ka jawaz doosri hadith se milta hai ke, “Alaikum bi Sunnati wa Sunnati Khalafa ar-Rashideen al-Mahdiyyeen” Tum par meri sunnat aur Khulafa-e-Rashideen ki sunnat par amal karna lazim hai”[35]
- Lekin, Umar (رضي الله عنه) ne farmaya ke, wo Namaz jo ye log nahi parrhte, balke so jaate hain, uss ke parrhne ke waqt, wo behtar hai iss Namaz se, matlab Tahajjud ke waqt par Qiyamul Lail karna behtar hai, Taraweeh ke waqt par Qiyamul Lail ada karne se.[36]
- Aur Umar (رضي الله عنه) ne ye Jama’at se namaz to shuru karwaye, lekin khud to sath nahi khade huwe, wo to Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ki jo asal sunnat hai, tahajjud ke waqt, raat ke aakhri peher me (so kar utthne ke baad namaz ada karna behtar hai), aap (رضي الله عنه) to Ramadan me bhi ussi waqt namaz ada kar rahe thay. Iss jamat me shamil nahi huwe, wo to visit karne ke liye gaye, ye dekhne ke liye ke log kya kar rahe hain.
- Kyun ke, Raat ke aakhri tihayi hisse me, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) aasman-e-duniya par apni shaan ke aitebaar se nazil hote hain aur awaz lagate hain ke, hai koi banda main uss ki dua ko qabool karoon, hai koi maangne wala main uss ko ata karoon, hai koi maghrifat talab karne wala main uss ki maghrifat kar doon. Hatta ke, Fajr ka waqt ho jata hai aur Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) ki taraf se ye nida, ye pukaar aati rehti hai.[37]
- To hume kya karna chahiye? Qiyamul Lail kab kare?
- Option 1 ye hai ke, Isha ki namaz ke sath hi, Qiyamul Lail kar liya jaye, iss ki ijazat bhi hai aur ye asan option hai, khaas taur par unn logon ke liye, jo doosre din kaam par jaate hain. Office ke timings unn ko follow karna hota hai. Baaz mumalik me ye convenient hai.
- Option 2 ye hai ke, jaisa ke sunnat-e-Rasool hai, Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood aur Ibn Majah ki ahadith, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne Ramadan ke aakhri ashre me, teen din tak qiyamul lail karwaya, aur wo suhoor ke bilkul qareeb waqt tak aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne jamat ke saath namaz parrhayi. Ye asal sunnat tareeqa hai, iss waqt Qiyamul Lail kiya jaye – jamat ke sath. Ab yahan Arab mumalik me office bhi zara dayr se shuru hota hai, to fajr ke baad thoda aram karke log office ko jate hain. To jo ye follow kare, behtar option hai.
- Option 3 ye hai ke, Qiyamul Lail ghar me parrhi jaye, ye aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ka hukum bhi hai ke, jab log chohte ya paanche din jama huwe, to aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) gussay me aye, aur Sahaba ikraam se kaha ke, Qiyamul Lail nafil namaz hai, uss ko ghar me raat ke aakhri hisse me parrha jaye, ye behtar hai.[38]
- Optioin 4 ye hai ke, agar koi na parrh sakay to iss me bhi koi haraj nahi, nafil namaz hai – farz nahi hai.
- Phir aakhir me ye ke, namaz kitni parrhni hai, 8 rakat ya 20 rakat, ye bhi ek controversial subject bana huwa hai?
- To jaisa ke, amma aisha ki hadith humne abhi suni ke, Ramadan ho ya ghair Ramadan, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne 11 rakat se zyada Qiyamul Lail nahi kiya.
- Lekin kyun ke, ye nafil namaz hai, kitni bhi hum parrh sakte hain, sahaba ikraam se, 30 se zyada bhi sabit hai, 41 rakat bhi sabit hai.
- Aur jitne Musalmano ke firqe hain, unn ke jo mash’hoor muhadditheen hain, unn kehna yehi hai ke, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) se gyara rakat se zyada sabit nahi hai.
- Utni hi namaz parrhe, jitni se doosre din ka kaam par asar na ho. Naukri pesha logon ke liye ye zaroori hai.
To yahan aaj ka dars rok denge…

[12] Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Allah, the Majestic and the Exalted, said: Every act of the son of Adam is for him except fasting. Allah, the Exalted and Majestic, has said: With the exception of fasting, for it is done for Me and I will give a reward for it, for one abandons his passion and food for My sake. There are two occasions of joy for one who fasts, joy when he breaks it, and joy when he meets his Lord, and the breath (of an observer of fast) is sweeter to Allah than the fragrance of musk.

He said: ‘Come and eat.’ I said: ‘I am fasting.’ He adjured me by Allah to break my fast. I said Subhan-Allah twice. When I saw that he was insisting, I went forward and said: ‘Give me what you have.’ He said: ‘I heard Ibn ‘Abbas say: The Messenger of Allah said: ‘Fast when you see it (the crescent) and stop fasting when you see it, and if clouds or darkness prevent you from seeing it, then complete the number of days of Shaban, and do not fast ahead of the month, and do not join Ramadan to a day of Shaban.” ‘

[24] Narrated Kuraib: That Umm al-Fadl, daughter of al-Harith, sent him to Mu’aqiyah in Syria. He said: I came to syria and performed her work. The moon of Ramadan appeared while I was in Syria. We sighted the moon on the night of Friday. When I came to Median towards the end of the month (of Ramadan), Ibn ‘Abbas asked me about the moon. He said: When did you sight the moon ? I said: I sighted it on the night of Friday. He asked: Did you sight it yourself ? I said: Yes, and the people sighted it. They fasted and Mu’awiyah also fasted. He said: But we sighted it on the night of saturday. Since then we have been fasting until we complete thirty days or we sight it. Then I said: Are the sighting of the moon by Mu’awiyah and his fasts not sufficient for us? He replied: No. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded us to do so.

In the morning, the people spoke about it and then a large number of them gathered and prayed behind him (on the second night). In the next morning the people again talked about it and on the third night the mosque was full with a large number of people. Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) came out and the people prayed behind him. On the fourth night the Mosque was overwhelmed with people and could not accommodate them, but the Prophet (ﷺ) came out (only) for the morning prayer. When the morning prayer was finished he recited Tashah-hud and (addressing the people) said, “Amma ba’du, your presence was not hidden from me but I was afraid lest the night prayer (Qiyam) should be enjoined on you and you might not be able to carry it on.” So, Allah’s Apostle died and the situation remained like that (i.e. people prayed individually). “

[34] ‘Abdur Rahman bin ‘Abdul Qari said, “I went out in the company of ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab one night in Ramadan to the mosque and found the people praying in different groups. A man praying alone or a man praying with a little group behind him. So, ‘Umar said, ‘In my opinion I would better collect these (people) under the leadership of one Qari (Reciter) (i.e. let them pray in congregation!)’. So, he made up his mind to congregate them behind Ubai bin Ka’b. Then on another night I went again in his company and the people were praying behind their reciter. On that, ‘Umar remarked, ‘What an excellent Bid’a (i.e. innovation in religion) this is; but the prayer which they do not perform, but sleep at its time is better than the one they are offering.’ He meant the prayer in the last part of the night. (In those days) people used to pray in the early part of the night.”
