Maah-e-Ramadan Part 3

Maah-e-Ramadan Part 3

Aaj ka ye bayan Maah-e-Ramadan par teesra aur aakhri hissa hai, aur aaj Ramadan ki 13 tareekh hai aur ye 1445 hijri chal rahi hai, yani 23 March 2024. Waqt ki kumi ki wajah se pichle dars me bhi aur iss dars me bhi hum ahadith ka mafhoom pesh kar rahe hain, aur asal hadith hamari website par jab ye publish hoga to wahan par refer kar sakte hain.

Lailatul Qadr aur Saalana budget

Pichle hafte jahan humne roka tha, wo Lailatul Qadr ka bayan chal raha tha, Lailatul Qadr ki ek aur khasiyat ye hai ke,

• Tafseer Ma’ariful Quran me, Mufti Shafi Sahab Ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنه) ke hawale se, Surah Dukhan ki 5wi ayat (فِيهَا يُفْرَ‌قُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ‌ حَكِيمٍ أَمْرً‌ا مِّنْ عِندِنَا) ki tafseer me likhte hain ke, Lailatul Qadr ki raat me, aane wale saal ke tamam makhlooqat, unn ki paidaish, unn ki maut, unn ke rizq aur deegar tafseelat se mutalliq tamam umoor ka hukum diya jata hai.[1]
• Mahdawi ka kehna hai ke, iss raat me Allah ki taraf se muqarrar umoor unn farishton ke paas muntaqil hote hain, jo aane wale saal ke ahkaam likhte hain,
• Qurtubi kehte hain ke, ye umoor farishton ke hawale kar diye jaate hain ke, waqt par unhe implement kiya jaye.[2]
• Aur Hamare ustaad Dr. Anees sahab apne tarjume ke, explanatory notes me likhte hain ke, kisi bhi kaam ko karne ke liye, dil me umang ya inspiration hoti hai, kaam ko shuru karne aur uss ko plan karne ya uss kaam ki mansooba bandi karne ke liye, aur phir tawanai chahiye, energy chahiye uss mansoobe par amal karne ke liye, ya uss ko execute karne ke liye.
• To fajr thodi der me ho jaati hai, iss ko attend kar lenge to saari raat ibadat karne jaisa hai.

Ramadan me Zikr aur Duain

Ramadan ke mahine me, maangne wali khas dua to hum pichle dars me sunn chuke hain,

• Allahumma innaka affuwun tuhibbul afwa fa’afu anni – balke ye dua to khaas lailatul qadr ko maangne wali hai, jaisa hume amma Aisha (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْها) ki hadith se pata chalta hai.
• Lafz-e-Afuw ke maane humne bataya tha ke, Gunahon ko mitta dena, erase kar dena.
• Lekin Afuw ke ek aur maane bhi Quran me aye hain, wo hain extra, surplus, jo aur zyada ho.
• To sirf Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) se maafi ki dua nahi sikhaye aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) balke, Allah se jo extra hai wo bhi maang rahe hain, aur Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) wo sab kuch ata karenge, jo hume chahiye aur uss se bhi zyada.
Tirmidhi, Ahmad, Ibn Abi Shaybah, al-Bayhaqi ne iss hadith ko report kiya hai, mafhoom aa raha hai ke, Ubayy ibn Kab (رضي الله عنه) ne aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) se poochha ke, apni dua ka kitna hissa main aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) par durood bhejoon. Aap ne jawab diya ke tumhari marzi jitna bhejna hai durood bhejo.
• Ubayy (رضي الله عنه) ne poochha, ek chauthai waqt, yani one-fourth of the time meri dua ka kya main, durood parrhne me guzaroon? Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya, tumhari marzi agar tum aur zyada bhi karna chaho to tumhare liye behtar hai.
• Ubayy (رضي الله عنه) ne poochha, adha waqt, half of the time of my dua? Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya, tumhari marzi agar tum aur zyada durood bhejoge to tumhare liye behtar hai.
• Ubayy (رضي الله عنه) ne poochha, do-tihayi waqt, two-thirds of the time? Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya, tumhari marzi agar tum aur zyada durood bhejoge to tumhare liye behtar hai.
• Ubayy (رضي الله عنه) ne kaha ke, main apni dua ka poora waqt aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) par durood bhejne me laga doonga. To aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, tumhari pareshaniyon ko Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) dekh lega aur tumhare gunah maaf kar diye jayenge.[5]
• Adab al-Mufrad ki hadith, Abbas (رضي الله عنه) ne, jo Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke chacha hain, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) se dua sikhane ke liye kaha takay, wo Allah se apni zaroorat.en poora karne ke liye istemaal kare. Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) se aafiyat maangiye. Phir kuch din ke baad Abbas (رضي الله عنه) ne phir yehi sawal kiya, to aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya, Allah se duniya aur aakhirat me aafiyat maangiye. Yani, Allahumma inni as’aluka al-afiya fi ad-duniya wa al-aakhirah.[6]
• Hisn al-Muslim me Abu Dawood ki hadith, Ibn Umar
• Aur bhi bohot saare azkaar hain, jo aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne sikhaye hain, rozana subah aur shaam me parrhne ke liye.
• Iss mahine me, Quran ki tilawat zyada ho jaati hai, to wo bhi zikr hai. Namazon me izafa ho jaata hai to wo bhi zikr hai.
• Phir al-Adab al-Mufrad ki ek hadith, mafhoom aa raha hai ke, Abu Bakr Siddique (رضي الله عنه) ne Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke inteqaal ke baad ek qutbah me farmaya ke, Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) se Aafiyat maango, hadith me lafz-e-muafaat aya hai, kyun ke, jis ko muafaat mil gayi yani aafiyat, security, salamati, tahaffuz aur well being mil gayi uss ko sab se badi cheez mil gayi iman ke baad.[8]
• Phir Ibn Majah ki ek hadith me aya hai ke, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, Allahumma inni as-aluka al-Muafah fid-duniya wal-akhirah se badi koi dua nahi hai.[9]
• Kayee ahadith me, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne recommend kiya, “Rabbana aatina fid-duniya hasanatan wa fil-aakhirati hasanatan wa qina azaab an-naar” dua maangne ke liye.[10]
• Phir Tirmidhi aur Ibn Majah ki ahadith, farmaya Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne ke, jis kisi ne Allah se teen baar jannat maangi, to jannat kehti hai, Aye Allah iss shakhs ko jannat ata kar, aur jis kisi ne Allah se teen baar dozakh se bacha lene ki dua maangi, to dozakh kehti hai ke, Aye Allah iss shakhs ko dozakh se bacha le.[11]

Ramadan ka Umrah

Tirmidhi aur Ibn Majah ki ahadith, farmaya Rasoolullah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne ke, Ramadan me Umrah karna Hajj ke barabar hai.[12] Bukhari aur Muslim ki ek aur ahadith me hai ke, Ramadan ka Umrah mere sath Hajj karne ke barabar hai.[13]

• Bukhari ki ek aur hadith me aya hai ke, ek Ansari Aurat se aap (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne poochha, kis cheez ne tumhe roka hamare sath hajj karne se, to uss ne jawab diya ke, hamare paas ek hi oontt hai jo mere shauhar aur bete sawar ho kar gaye aur hamare liye ek oontt chhorrha pani seenchne ya irrigation ke liye. To aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, Jab Ramadan ayega to Umra kar lo, kyun ke, Ramadan me Umrah karna Hajj ke barabar hai.[14]
• To jis kisi ko ye mauqa mil gaya, Ramadan ke mahine me Umrah karne ka, to unn ke liye kush-khabri hai, aur Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ki nemat hai.

Zakat al-Fitr

Phir Rozedaaron ke amaal me agar koi kotahi reh gayee ho, to uss ko poora karne ke liye aur ghareebon ko khana khilane ke liye, ye zakat al-Fitr ada karna hai. Iss ka doosra naam sadaqatul fitr hai, ye dono naam ahadith me aaye hain. Ab apne paas Urdu me Fitra bhi kaha jata hai, aur Arab me Fitrana kehte hain.

• Abu Dawood, Ibn Majah aur al-Hakim ne Ibn Abbas se report kiya ke, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne Zakat al-Fitr ka hukum diya Ramadan ke rozay rakhne walon ke liye, takay rozedar ko paak kiya jaye fuzool ki baaton se (jo uss ne roze ki halat me ki ho), aur takay iss ke zariye ghareebon ko khana khilaya jaye.
• Nasai ki hadith me aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne zakat al-fitr har ek par farz kiya hai, chhotta ho ya bada, azad ho ya ghulam ho, mard ho ya aurat ho, ek Sa’a khajoor ya ek Sa’a jau ya barley.[16]
• To ye Eid se kitna pehle ada karna chahiye?
• Muwatta Imam Malik me hai ke, Ibn Umar (رضي الله عنه) Sadaqatul fitr Eid se ek ya do din pehle fitra jama karne walon ko bhej diya karte thay.[18]
• To yahan se pata chala ke, ye amal Ramadan ka mahina khatam hone se pehle karna hai.
• Jo Sadaqatul Fitr lete hain, maine unn se poochha tha ke, kitna pehle hum ye ada kar sakte hain, unhone kaha ke ek hafta pehle tak zakat al-fitr ada kar sakte hain.
• Ab ye convenience ki baat hai, agar India me jaise hota hai ke, baaz log jaan pehchhaan me ghareeb hote hain, jo sath lage huwe hote hain unhe anaj jo hum aam aur par khaate hain, wo fitre ke taur par de diya jata hai.
• Gulf me, charity organizations hain jo ye collect karte hain, malls me, supermarets me, inn ke stalls hote hain. Wahan par ada kar de sakte hain aur wo log distribute karne ki zimmadari liye huwe hain, to ye hamari asani ke liye hai.
• Sadaqatul Fitr kya aur kitna dena hai?
• Sahih Muslim me hai ke, Abu Said al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) farmate hain ke, hum Zakat al-Fitr 3 qism ki cheezon me diya karte thay, Cheese yani Paneer, Khajoor yani Dates aur Jau yani Barley.[19]
• Sahih al-Bukhari me, Ibn Umar (رضي الله عنه) ke hawale se bataya ke, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke hukum ke mutabiq, Ek Sa’a Khajoor ya Ek Sa’a Barley diya jata tha, baad me logon ne, uss ko adha Sa’a Gehoo ka kar liya.[20]
• Ab yahan har anaj ka wazan ek jaisa nahi hota. Iss liye fatawa me, alag alag weights ka zikr hai.
• Phir Bukhari ki hi ek aur Hadith me aya hai ke, Ibn Umar (رضي الله عنه) Sadaqatul Fitr, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke Mudd ke mutabiq diya karte thay.[21]
• To ye Sa’a kya hai aur Mudd kya hai?
• Ek estimate ke hisaab se Ek Sa’a 2 Kilo 40 gram ke barabar hai, aur ek estimate ke hisab se 3 KG ka hai. Ek Sa’a 4 Mudd ke barabar hai, to ek Sa’a 3Kg ke hisab se dekhenge to, ek Mudd 750 grams ka hoga.
• To 3 KG khajoor ya Barley ya Gehoo ya Chawal diya ja sakta hai, ek Rozedar ke liye. Agar ek family me ek mard, ek aurat aur do bachhe hain to 12 Kg anaj dena chahiye. Ye hisab India ke liye hai, kyun ke, wahan par log mil jaate anaaj dene ke liye.[22]

Pehli shawwal ka chand dekh le ya Ramadan ke mahine ke 30 din poore ho jaye, to Eid al-Fitr ka din ata hai, ye jo rozon ki training huwi uss momentum ko jaari rakhna hai, Allah ki ita’at me Eid ka din guzaarna hai. To Eid ke din ke kya ahkamaat hain;

• Muwatta Imam Malik me hai ke, Eid al-Fitr ke din Eid ki namaz ko jaane se pehle kuch khana sunnat hai.[24]
• Matlab ye hai ke, agar kisi ka rozay chhoott gaye hain aur wo unn ko poora karna chahte hain to, wo aisa Eid ke din nahi kar sakte. Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne mana farmaya Eid al-Fitr aur Eid al-Adha ke ye do dino ko roza rakhne se.[25]
• Muwatta Imam Malik me hai ke, Eid ki koi azan nahi, ye mamela Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke zamane se chala aa raha hai.[26] Aur Imam Malik ne farmaya ke, iss baat me koi ikhtelaaf nahi hai.
• Musnad Ahmed ki hadith, Eid ki namaz ke baad Khutba hai aur ye dono Eidon ke liye yehi rule hai.[27]
• Abu Dawood ki hadith, Abdullah bin Busr (رضي الله عنه) farmate hain ke, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke zamane me Eid ki namaz Duha ke waqt se pehle khatam ho jaya karti thi.[28]
• Eid al-Fitr juma ke din aayi, to ek hi khutba kaafi hai, Eid ka khutba.[29]
• Aam taur par do rakat jaise parrhte hain waise hi parrhenge,
• Lekin inn me 12 takbeer ziyada hain, pehli rakat me 7 takbeer ziyadah hai, uss ke baad surah fatiha aur Quran ki qira’at karenge, aur
• Doori rakat me 5 takbeer ziyadah hai, uss ke baad surah fatiha aur Quran ki qira’at karenge.[31]
• Yehi tareeqa sunnat se aur ahadith se sabit hai. Doosra koi aur tareeqa nahi.
• Ibn Majah ki hadith, Amma Aisha (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْها) farmati hain ke, Eid al-Fitr ke din Abu Bakr (رضي الله عنه) mere ghar aaye aur dekha ke, do ladkiyan gana ga rahi hain, aur wo gaane waliyan nahi thi, aam ladkiyan thi, iss par Abu Bakr ghusse me aaye ke, kya kar rahe ho?

Conclusion

Ab conclusion ke saath iss series ko khatam karte hain, thoda har cheez ko summarize kar lenge,

• Muslim ki hadith, Abu Hurairah (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهُ) se rivayat hai ke, Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne farmaya, roza ek dhaal hai, yani ke,…, ek shield hai, ya cover hai.
• Sawal ye paida hota hai ke, roza kis cheez se dhaal hai?[33]
• Aisa lagta hai ke, iss ka jawab khula chhorrh diya gaya hai, gunahon se dhal hai, logon ke shar se dhaal hai, shayateen se dhaal hai, nuqsanat se dhaal, kharze se dhaal hai, bimariyon se dhaal hai, aakhir kisse se dhaal hai?
• Jawab ye ho sakta hai ke har wo cheez se dhaal hai, jo aap soch bhi nahi sakte hain, jo cheezen aap ke liye nuqsan de hai, uss se roza hume bachata hai,
• Wallahu Aalam.
• Jami Tirmidhi mein darj hadith, farmaya Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne ke: “Ramadan ki pehli raat mein shayateen ko bediyan pehna diya jata hai, jinnat ko rok diya jata hai, jahannum ke darwazay aise band kar diye jate hain ke unn mein se koi darwaza nahi khulta, jannat ke darwazay iss tarah khol diye jate hain ke unn mein se koi darwaza band nahi hota aur ek pukaarne wala pukaarta hai ke “aye bhalai ke taalib qareeb aaye.n” aur aye buraiee ke mutalashi, ruk jao, kyun ke, baaz aise log hain jinhein Allah aag se azad karta hai, aur yeh har raat hota hai.”[34]
• Bukhari aur Muslim mein darj hadith, Mafhoom aa raha hai, farmaya Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne ke, Rahmat ke darwaze khol diya jate hain.[35]
• Darwaze kholna aur band karne ka kya matlab hai?
• Kya iss ka matlab ye hai ke jis kisi ka inteqal Ramadan mein huwa, wo seedha jannat mein jayega? Toh phir kafir log jis ka inteqal ramadan mein hota hai unn ka kya hoga?
• Yahan lagta hai ke, ye encouragement ke taur par kaha ja raha hai ke, jannat ke darwaze khul gaye hain, nek amal karo aur jannat me chale jao,…, nek amal karte raho – unn amaal ka ajr Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) badha kar denga aur jannat me jana asan kar diya gaya hai.
• Iss ka ek aur matlab ye hai ke, jannat ke aur Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ki rahmat ke darwaze khol diye gaye hain.
• Ye ho sakta hai ke jis kisi ki mafi ho jaye phir uss ke liye Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) apne reham-o-karam se gunah karne se hi bacha lein baqi ki zindagi me, kyun ke,…, gunah maaf kar diye jaane ke baad ka step to wa-ghfirlana hai, hume gunah karne se bacha le, aur jo gunah kiye hain, unn ki saza se bacha le.
• Jannat me jayenge kaise? Warhamna, hum par reham farmaiyye, rehmat ke darwaze to khule hain, Reham mangiye – Allah ki rehmat mil jayegi to jannat me chale jayenge. Ek Hadith me ata hai ke, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, Allah ki rehmat ke baghair koi bhi jannat me nahi dakhil ho sakta. Kisi ne himmat karke poochh liya, kya aap bhi nahi dakhil ho sakenge, to aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya – haan main bhi Allah ki rehmat ke bina jannat me dakhil nahi ho sakunga.
• To hume ye dua bhi maangte rehna chahiye, wa-Afuanna, wa-ghfirlana, wa-rhamna. Surah al-Baqarah ki aakhri ayat me jo aayi hai.
• To ye offer aakhri 10 raton ka nahi hai, balke ramadan ki pehli raat se hi shuru ho jata hai.
• Maah-e-Ramadan par hamare pehle hisse mein humne ek mashoor aur maroof hadith suni, jo ke taqriban har hadith ki kitaab mein darj hai, aur kayi sahaba (رضي الله عنهم) ne usay riwayat kiya hai,
• Farmaya Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne ke Adam ki aulad ke,…, har amal ka ajar badhakar diya jayega,…, kitna badha kar?
• kisi hadith mein aaya hai ke dus gunah bada kar diya jayega, siwaye rozon ke.[36] Yani rozon ko alag kar diya.
• kisi hadith mein aaya hai ke 10 gunah se lekar 700 gunah ke darmiyan diya jayega, siwaye rozon ke.[37]
• Aur ek hadith mein koi ginti nahi di gayi, bas keh diya gaya ke kayi gunah bada kar diya jayega, siwaye rozon ke.[38]
• Muslim aur Nasai mein darj hadith me aya hai, farmaya Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne ke, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) farmate hain ke Adam ki aulad ka har amal uske liye hai, siwaye rozon ke.[39] [40]
• Aur taqriban inn tamam ahadith mein aya hai ke, kyun ke, banda Roza Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ke liye rakhta hai, to uss ka ajar Mein hi dunga.
• Ab yahan sawal ye paida hota hai ke, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ne rozon ko iss tarha single-out ya alag kyun kar diye?
• Ye insaan ki niyyat ka mamla hai, waise hi roza insan aur Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ke beech ka mamla hai,
• Jaise aksar duaein secret hoti hai, raaz-o-niyaz wali hoti hain, waise hi roza bhi secret hai, banday aur Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ke darmiyan me hi rehta hai.
• Aisa ho sakta hai ke, koi shakhs Ramadan ke roze akela rahe, jahan usay dekhne wala koi na ho. Aur wo chahe to khaye aur piye aur aish kare, Allah ke siway koi dekhne wala nahi hai, lekin wo apne Rabb ke ahkamat ka paas rakhte huwe, aur ye jaante huwe ke uss ka Rabb uss ko dekh raha hai, wo Allah ke hukum aur uss ki raza ki khatir wo roza rakhta hai, jis me koi bhi dikhawa nahi hai
• Namaz, zakat aur sadaqat, Quran ka parrhna, zikr karne mein riyakari possible hai, logon ko dikhana aasan hai, lekin Roze mein riyakari karna ya dikhawa karna mushkil hai, roza dikh kar nahi aata, jab tak ke wo khud hi na bata de ke roza rakha huwa hai…shayed iss liye roze ki jaza sirf Allah SWT de rahe hain…
• Wallahu Alam.
• Surah al-Anfal ki 67wi ayat mein, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) farmate hain ke;
• …Tum log duniya ke maal ke taalib ho, aur Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) akhirat (ki bhalai) chahta hai…
• Iss ayat se pata chalta hai ke, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ke paas ya Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ki nazar mein aakhirat hi priority hai.
• Har wo cheez, jis ka hukum hai aur har wo cheez jo hamary saath ho rahi hai, uss ki priority aakhirat hona chahiye.
• To iss aitebar se rozon ke duniyawi faydon ki tafseel, pichlay hisson mein hum sunn chuke hain, To aakhirat ke fayde kya hain?
• Rozedar Jannat me dakhil ho rahe hain to, khaas darwaze se dakhil honge, jab saare rozedar uss se dakhil ho jayenge to wo darwaza band kar diya jayega.
• Muslim ki hadith, Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne farmaya: “jo koi Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ki khatir ek din ka roza rakhta hai, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) iss ki wajah se uss ke chehre ko (Jahannum ki) aag se sattar saal ki masafat tak, door kar deta hai”.[41]
• Phir Farmaya ke, iss ka ajr main hi doonga, aur ye duniya me nahi, aakhirat me, Qiyamat ke din pata chalega ke, Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) iss ka ajr kitna rakhe hain. Ab kyun ke, ye Allah aur Bande ke dil ke beech ka mamela hai, to phir yahan uss dil ki kaifiyat par shayed depend karega ke, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) kis kaifiyat ka kya rate lagayenge.
• Phir IslamQA par Sheikh Ibn Uthaymin ne,…, Imam Sufyan ibn Uyayna ka qaul record karte huwe kaha ke, Qiyamat ke din Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) tamam amaal ki jaza ko settle kar dega, siway rozon ke, aur rozon ki bina par jannat me dakhil karega.[42]
• Lekin iss baat me difference of opinion hai ulama me, Islamweb par ek fatwe me, issi sawal ke jawab me kaha gaya ke, Muflis wali hadith iss khayal ke khilaf jaati hai, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne poochha ke, muflis kaun hai, sahaba ne jawab diya ke, hamari nazar me muflis wo hai jis ke paas paisa nahi hai, jo bankrupt hai. Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke meri ummat ka muflis wo hai jo Qiyamat ke din nek amal le kar ayega, lekin uss ne dooron ka haq mara hoga, kisi ke sath ziyadati ki hogi, to uss ke nek amal doosron ko de diye jayenge, aur jab iss shakhs ke nek amaal khatam ho jayenge, to doosron ke gunah iss ke sar par daal diye jayenge aur usay dozaq ki aag me daal diya jayega.[43]
• To pata chala ke, nek amaal ke sath sath gunahon se bhi bachna chahiye, aur yehi maqsad hai rozon ka ke, iss se taqwa hasil ho aur hum Allah se dar kar gunahon se bach jaye aur nek amal kare.
• Ye hai wo formula jo jannat me le jayega.
• Do log Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ke paas aaye. Wo ek sath islam qubool kare thay, lekin unn me se pehla shakhs doosre se ziyada koshish karta tha,…, issi koshish me wo Jung par nikla aur shaheed hogaya.
• Doosra shakhs ek saal ziyada raha, phir unn ka inteqal ho gaya. Talah (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهُ) farmate hain ke unhone ne khwab mein dekha ke wo jannat ke darwazay par hain aur unhone unn dono ko dekha, ke koi jannat se nikla aur jis ka baad me inteqal huwa, unn ko pehle Jannat me daakhil kiya, phir bahar nikal kar aya aur shaheed honay walay shakhs ko daakhil kiya, phir woh mere paas wapas aaya aur kaha: wapas jao, kyun ke, abhi tumhara waqt nahi aaya.
• Agle din subah Talha (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهُ) ne logon ko yeh baat batayi to woh hairan reh gaye,
• Iss baat ki khabar Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) tak pahunchi to unhone ne Aap (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ko waqia sunaya,
• Iss per Aap (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne farmaya: “tum iss par itna hairan kyun ho?”
• toh unhon ne arz kya: Ya Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) sab se pehlay woh shakhs tha jis ne ziyada koshish ki, phir woh shaheed ho gaya, lekin dosray ko uss se pehle jannat mein dakhil kar diya gaya,
• Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne farmaya: “kya wo ek saal piche nahi raha?” unhon ne kaha : “haan”, Aap (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne farmaya: “aur kya ramadan nahi aaya aur uss ne rozay rakhay aur wo uss saal falan falan namaz parhi?” unhon ne kaha : “haan”,
• Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne farmaya: “To unn dono ke darmiyan farq,…, zameen-o-aasman ke farq se ziyada hai”.[44]
• To pata chala ke Ramadan ka mil jana, aur uss ki ibadat – Musalman ko aagay badha dete hain, bashart ye ke, uss ka bhar poor faida utthaya jaye.
• Lekin jaisa ke hum ne abhi suna ke, agar zindagi extra mil gayi nek amal bhi kare aur buray amaal bhi kare, to phir faida nahi hoga.
• Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) se dua hai ke, hume faida utthane walon me shamil kar de, aur nuqsan utthane walon me nahi. Ameen.
• Ramadan ke mahine me mehngai,
• Ye topic aisi hai ke, har saal hume pata hai ke, Ramadan ke mahine me demand zyada ho jaati hai aur cheezen mehangi ho jaati hai.
• Iss ka ilaaj bhi hamare paas hai, wo ye ke,…, zara kum khaye.
• Demand nahi hogi to cheezen mehangi nahi hogi. Ye ek tareeqa hai.
• Doosra tareeqa ye hai ke, agar aap ek businessman hain, to cheezon ko ghair zaroori mehanga matt kariye. Kamane ke aur bhi maukhe mil jayenge, ye mahina hai hi taqwa hasil karne ka mahina. To taqwe wale banay Allah ka khauf kare.n
• Kayee news outlets ki report hai ke, ye Ramadan Musalmano ke liye sab se sakht tareen Ramadan hai, iss ki ek wajah Ukrain ki jung hai, jis ki wajah se waise hi shortage chal rahi hai aur cheezen pehle se hi mehangi ho gayi thi aur doosri wajah Ramadan ke mahine me demand ki wajah se cheezen mehangi ho jaati hain.
• To iss ka khayal rakhe, Gaza ka haal to bohot hi bura hai, Kashmir, Yemen aur deegar ilaaqon me bhi musalman pareshan haal hain.
• Koshish kariye, jitna ho sakay Sadaqat kariye apni apni isteta’at ke hisaab se.
• Phir Eid ke kapde,
• Eid ka din aata hai, to sab ke liye khushiyan le kar aata hai, baaz logon ke liye zahiri khushi to hoti hai, lekin unn ke dimagh me ek hi cheez chalti rehti hai ke, ye qarza kaise ada kare?
• Zahir si baat hai, aaj kal hamare zehno me ye hai ke, Eid aayi to naye kapde pehnna chahiye, kuch log ye kharch manage kar lete hain lekin jo ghareeb hain, wo ye kharch manage nahi kar paate.
• To kya Eid ke din naye kapde pehenna farz hai?
• Nahi, farz to nahi hai, kapde saaf ho ye important hai.
• Qarz le kar kapde banana – ye to kahin se bhi sabit nahi hai aur na ye aqalmandi ka kaam hai. Sarasar bewaqoofi hai.
• Balke iss ke bar-aks baat Islami tareekh me milti hai, Khalifa Umar Ibn Abdul Azeez (رضي الله عنه) ke khud ke ghar ka waqiya hai ke, unn ki ahliya ne kaha ke, aap ka beta Eid ke kapdo ki zidd kar raha hai. Lekin Khalifa ke paas itne paise nahi thay ke, wo apne bete ke liye Eid ke kapde banate.
• Unhone, Khazanchi ko khat likha ke, aane wale mahine ki tankhwa pehle de dein, takay wo apne bete ke liye Eid par kapde bana sake. Khazanchi ne jawab me likha ke, kya aap apni zindagi ki guarantee de sakte hain ke, Eid tak aap zinda rahenge?
• Ye Guarantee to koi bhi nahi de sakta, to Khalifa Umar ne kya kiya?
• Puraane saaf kapde pehne aur apne bette ko bhi puraane kapde pehnaye aur Eid ki namaz ada ki.[45]
• Hamari history me to aisi misaalein maujood hain, to hum log kya kar rahe hain?
• Ramadan ke mutalliq ek aur baat ye hai ke ye training ka mahina hai,
• Namazon me izafa karne ki training,
• Sadaqaat me, zakat me izafa karne ki training,
• Zikr me izafa karne ki training,
• Logon se Achi baat karne ki training,
• Ghareebon ka khayal rakhne ki training,
• Apne din bhar ka time manage karne ki training,
• Neend ko manage karne ki training,
• Ye tamam training hone ke baad kya?
• To kya aap ne kisi aisi Cricket ya Football team ko dekha hai ke, wo Training camp par gaye, khoob mehnat ki aur wapas gharon ko chale gaye. World Cup me khele nahi? Kya aisa hota hai?
• Hum Musalman to aisa hi kar rahe hain,…, Ek mahine ki sakht mehnat aur mashaqat ke baad, wapas apni purani buri adaton par, Ramadan se pehle ke taur tareeqon par wapas aa jate hain.
• Asal match to saal bhar khelna hai, lekin hum log training lekar apne apne gharon ko chale ja rahe hain.
• Aisa kyun? Ye sawal hum apne aap se kare.n aur iss ka jawab khud talash kare.n saal bhar issi qism ki ibadat kar ke, jis ki training iss mahine me hasil humne ki.
• To Ramadan ke baad kya?
• Ramadan ke baad Maah-e-Shawwal ke 6 roze rakhne ki zaroorat hai,
• Ramadan ka poora mahina roza rakhne ke baad, Shawwal ke 6 din roza rakhna aisa hai ke, humne poora saal roza Rakha.[46]
• Adab Al Mufrad mein darj hadith, Abu Ad-Darda (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهُ) bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne farmaya: “kya mein tumhe namaz, roza aur sadqa se behtar darja bataoon?” Unhone jawab diya, “haan” bataiyye. Aap (صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) ne farmaya, “dosti ki halat ko behtar banana, dosti ki halat mein ikhtilaf paida karna, cheezon ko mundwa deta hai.” [47]
• Matlab ye hai ke, ye jo nek amaal karke aa rahe hain Ramadan me, banda Allah se qareeb ho jata hai, aur uss ka dost bann jata hai.
• To nafil rozay rakh kar, Allah se dosti ko behtar se behtar banana chahiye, aur dosti todh denge to sab kuch khatam ho jayega.
• Sonch kar dekhiye hum log kya kar rahe hain? Ramadan ka mahina khatam huwa to jis se dosti ki, wo todh de rahe hain hum log.

Mirqat, iii, 103.] and keep me safe from the things which I fear; O God, guard me in front of me and behind me, on my right hand and on my left, and from above me; and I seek refuge in Thy greatness from receiving unexpected harm from below me.” Waki‘ said he meant being swallowed up by the earth. [8] Awsat bin Ismail has narrated that he heard Abu Bakr (ra) say after the death of the Prophet (ﷺ) “This is the very place where the Prophet (ﷺ), had stood in the first year of Hijrah”. Saying that, he began to weep and added, “Hold on to truth because that is piety and both these things will carry a man to paradise. And, keep away from falsehood because it is a very grave sin and both of them will carry one to hell. And ask Allah for security because nothing greater than it is given to anyone apart from belief, and do not sever ties among yourselves. Do not turn your backs to one another nor be jealous of one another. And do not harbor mutual hatred. And, live as slaves of Allah, brothers of one another.”

[10] Anas (ra) said that a man made this supplication in the presence of the Prophet (ﷺ) “O Allah, you have not bestowed upon me wealth so I cannot give Sadaqah, hence involve me in anxiety so that I may earn reward against that. The prophet said,” Subhan Allah! You cannot endure difficulty. Why did you not make this supplication?: (O Allah, let us have the good of this world and the good of the hereafter and save us from the torment of the fire).

[17] Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar used to pay the zakat al-fitr for those slaves of his that were at Wadi’l-Qura and Khaybar.

Yahya related to me that Malik said, “The best that I have heard about the zakat al-fitr is that a man has to pay for every person that he is responsible for supporting and whom he must support. He has to pay for all his mukatabs, his mudabbars, and his ordinary slaves, whether they are present or absent, as long as they are muslim, and whether or not they are for trade. However, he does not have to pay zakat on any of them that are not muslim.”

Malik said, concerning a runaway slave, “I think that his master should pay the zakat for him whether or not he knows where he is, if it has not been long since the slave ran away and his master hopes that he is still alive and will return. If it has been a long time since he ran away and his master has despaired of him returning then I do not think that he should pay zakat for him.’

Malik said, “The zakat al-fitr has to be paid by people living in the desert (i.e. nomadic people) just as it has to be paid by people living in villages (i.e. settled people), because the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, made the zakat al-fitr at the end of Ramadan obligatory on every muslim, whether freeman or slave, male or female.”

Ibn `Umar used to give dates (as Sadaqat-ul-Fitr). Once there was scarcity of dates in Medina and Ibn `Umar gave barley. ‘And Ibn `Umar used to give Sadaqat-ul- Fitr for every young and old person. [44] It was narrated from Talhah bin ‘Ubaidullah that two men from Bali came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). They had become Muslim together, but one of them used to strive harder than the other. The one who used to strive harder went out to fight and was martyred. The other one stayed for a year longer, then he passed away. Talhah said: “I saw in a dream that I was at the gate of Paradise and I saw them (those two men). Someone came out of Paradise and admitted the one who had died last, then he came out and admitted the one who had been martyred. Then he came back to me and said: ‘Go back, for your time has not yet come.’” The next morning, Talhah told the people of that and they were amazed. News of that reached the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and they told him the story. He said: “Why are you so amazed at that?” They said: “O Messenger of Allah, the first one was the one who strove harder, then he was martyred, but the other one was admitted to Paradise before him. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Did he not stay behind for a year?” They said: “Yes.” He said: “And did not Ramadan come and he fasted, and he offered such and such prayers during that year?” They said: “Yes.” The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The difference between them is greater than the difference between heaven and earth.”

The little boy came running to his mother crying with a request. “Jarir and Mughiz have both got new clothes for Eid. Can I have some new clothes as well?” The mother picked him up and wiped his tears.

Their mother, Fatima bint Abdul Malik(RA), was no ordinary woman. Her father, grandfather and each of her four brothers were at one time or another Caliph and leader of the Muslim Ummah. In fact, her own husband was the present Caliph, Umar ibn Abdul Aziz(RA) – who ruled the world’s largest empire that stretched from the Atlantic to the Indian oceans. She promised him that she would check with his father to see if he could have new clothes for Eid.

When Umar ibn Abdul Aziz returned home, his wife related her sons request to him. The Caliph had a pained look in his eyes. “Fatima, you know how much I value my children, but all the money I have is in front of you”, he said motioning towards the sparsely furnished hut.

Though a Caliph, Umar took care to live honestly and did much to ensure justice. Fatima agreed with her husband, but she said that maybe it would be possible to buy very cheap clothes for him and he would just be happy with something new to wear. The tears have left satins on his cheeks. Finally, the Caliph, saddened by the plight, agreed and wrote a letter to his treasurer requesting that his pay be advanced a month early so that he could buy his child something to wear on Eid.

But the honest and pious Caliph had an equally honest treasurer who wrote a letter in reply to the Caliph. The Caliph read the letter with tears flowing from his eyes: “Amir Ul-Mumineen, I have great respect for you and I trust and obey you completely. However, if you could guarantee to me that you will live through the next month and do your service to the people (which will entitle you to your pay) then the money can be advanced to you. If you cannot give the assurance of your life, then how can the treasury pay you and why are you taking the rights of the poor, orphans and widows onto your shoulders?”

Caliph Umar ibn Abdul Aziz realised his mistake. Fatima bint Abdul Malik, washed the old clothes. The day of Eid arrived and the whole area of Damascus was buzzing with joy and celebration with people clad in their new attires. Caliph Umar ibn Abdul Aziz also set out for the Eid Prayer holding the hand of his son, both father and son wearing their clean old clothing. The young boy’s face shone brightly, as he walked alongside his father, convinced that the eternal pleasure and comforts of Jannah (Paradise) are by far superior to the comforts of this temporary world.

One has to wonder if they were made from the same dust as us. Once we (Muslims) were kings on this Earth, but it wasn’t because we were large in number that we were respected. It wasn’t because we were powerful that we were victorious. It wasn’t because we were successful that we were admired. It wasn’t because our women were beautiful that they were treated with honour and dignity. It wasn’t because we were intelligent that our example was emulated. It was all due to the faith of Islam and the practical implementation of its pristine priciples! Sometimes, it’s worthwhile reflecting on how far we’ve fallen so we know how high we need to climb!

[47] Abu’d-Darda’ reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “Shall I tell you a degree better than prayer, fasting and sadaqa?” “Yes,” they replied. He went to say, Improving a state of friendship. Causing discord in a state of friendship is what shaves things away.”
