DEEN ( The judgment, law ) 1:3 اَلدّين

Lafz-e-Deen ka maddah ya root (د ى ن) hai, aur ye lafz “Qanoon”, yani Law ke maano me istemaal huwa hai, jaise kisi badeshah ka qanoon, ya law of the king.[16]

  • aur Lafz-e-Deen, Religion, ya Mazhab ke maane bhi deta hai, jo ke qawaneen ki jama hai.[17]
  • Islam, wo aakhri qanoon hai jo Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ne nazil kiya,[18] aur uss ko mukammal kar diya, perfect bana diya.[19]
  • Jiss me koi cheez kum ya zyada nahi ho sakti, iss qanoon ki bina par Qiyamat ke din faisle honge, kisi ko jaza milegi to kisi ko saza.
  • Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) koi aur deen qabool nahi karega Qiyamat ke din siway Islam ke.[20]
  • Iss qanoon ko samajhna hoga uss par sahih amal karne ke liye,[21] uss ki tableegh karne ke liye,[22] taake ye deen ghalib aa jaye doosre mazahib par,[23] lekin ye kaam zabardasti se nahi hoga, kyun ke deen me zabardasti nahi hai.[24]
  • Iss kayenaat ki har cheez chahe ya an-chahe, willingly or unwillingly, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ke banaye huwe qanoon ki pairwi kar rahi hai, uss ko follow kar rahi hai,[25] Uss ka qanoon hamesha se ghalib hai aur rahega.[26]
  • Issi root se, lafz-e-Dayn bhi hai, jiss ka matlab Loan, ya Qarz ke aate hain,[27] jiss me adaigi ke qawaneen bhi aate hain. Matlab ye ke, repayment ke liye kuch agreement jo hum karte hain, iss liye isay dayn kaha gaya hai.
  • To Deen ke maane Qanoon ke hai, Islam ek aisa qanoon hai jo iss duniya me aman ke saath rehne ke liye bheja gaya hai, agar duniye me aman chahiye ya peace chahiye to iss ko follow kar ke ya nafiz kar ke dekh sakhte hain.
  • Jo world peace ka dhindora peeta ja raha hai, wo dhindora peetne se to peace hasil nahi hoga, Deen-e-Islam ko nafiz karne se hoga.
  • Sahih Al Bukhari ki ek hadith me aya hai ke, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke Deen-e-Islam asan hai, aur jo koi iss me sakhti chahta hai, wo uss par ghalib aa jayega. To darmiyana rasta apnao, agar ye nahi kar sakte to iss se qareeb wala rasta apnao…[28]
  • Sahih Muslim ki ek hadith me aya hai ke, “Ad-Deenu An-Naseeha” deen me ikhlas hona chahiye, Sahaba (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهُم) ne poochha, “Kis ke liye” to aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, “Allah ke liye, uss ki kitab ke liye, uss ke rasool ke liye, aur Musalmano ke Imam, unn ke leaders ke liye, aur Musalmano ki awam ke liye”[29]
  • Bukhari Aur Muslim me ye hadith hai ke, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, ek aurat se Nikah – 4 cheezon ki wajah se kiya jata hai;
    • Uss ke maal ki wajah se
    • Uss ke nasab, ya achi family ki wajah se
    • Uss ki khoobsurati ki wajah se, aur
    • Uss ke deen ki wajah se,
    • aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke tum, nek auraton se shadi karo, matlab unn ke deen ki wajah se shadi karo, aur aap par Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ki barakatein ho.[30]
  • Abu Dawood aur Tirmidhi ki ek hadith hai, Farmaya Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne ke, “Insan apne dost ke mazhab par chalta hai, khayal rahe kisko dost banate ho”[31]

To pata chala ke, Deen ka matlab Qanoon ke hain, aur Yawmi ad-Deen ka matlab ek aisa result day hoga, ek aisa jaza aur saza ka din hoga;

  • Jis mein qanoon ki bina par faisle honge,
  • Jis mein jo pass honge woh bahut khush honge aur jo fail honge woh badi pareshani mein honge.

To Maaliki Yawmi ad-Deen, Jaza aur Saza ke din ka Maalik, Owner, aur Maliki Yawmi ad-Deen, Jaza aur Saza ke din ka Badeshah.

  • Sone se pehle aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ye dua karte,

اللّهُـمَّ قِنـي عَذابَـكَ يَـوْمَ تَبْـعَثُ عِبـادَك

  • Aye Allah, mujhe uss din ke azab se bacha le, jis din aap apne bandon ko dobara zinda karke khada karenge.[32]
  • Ye dua sone se pehle karne ki kya hikmat hai, ek hadith me ata hai ke, Qiyamat utni hi door hai, jitne ke tumhari maut,[33] aur agar neend me maut waqay ho jaye, to phir dua ka to mauqa milne se raha.
  • To apni maut ko aur roz-e-mehshar ko, jaza aur saza ke din ko har raat sone se pehle yaad kar lo, dua maang lo.
  • Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya, har khiyanat karne wale ke liye, Qiyamat ke din ek alam, ek parcham hoga, jiss se ke wo pehchana jayega.[34]
  • Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne ye dua sikhayee, “Aye Allah, Musalmano aur Momino me se jis ko maine gaali di hai, usay Qiyamat ke din, iss ke badle me, ek zabiha ka sawab di jiye”[35]
  • Aisha (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهَا) ne Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) se kisi shaks ke baare me poocha ke, wo ghareebon ko khana khilata tha, aur rishtedaron se acha salook karta tha, kya ye sab cheezen uss ke koi kaam nahi ayengi? Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne jawab diya ke, ye saari cheezen uss ke kaam nahi ayengi, kyun ke, uss ne kabhi nahi kaha ke, “Aye mere Rabb, mere gunahon ko maaf kar de Roz-e-Mehshar ke din”[36]
  • To jo Allah par iman nahi laya, aur Jaza aur Saza ke din ko nahi mana, aur kufr par marr gaya, koi nek amal uss ke kaam nahi ayega.
  • Surah al-Fatiha par ek hadith milti hai ke, jis me pehli teen ayat ka zikr kar ke, kaha gaya ke, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ek – ek ayat ko alag alag parrha karte the,
    • Al Hamdulillahi Rabbi al-Alameen,
    • ar-Rahmani ar-Raheem,
    • Maliki Yawmi ad-Deen, aur iss hadith ke mutabiq Maaliki Yawmi ad-Deen, pehle parrha karte the,[37]
  • Tafseer Ibn Kathir me hai ke, Maaliki aur Maliki, dono qiratein sahih hain, aur mutawatir hain, aur 7 qiraton me se hain.
  • Ibn Kathir likhte hain ke, Maleeki yawmi ad-Deen aur Malikiyu yawmi ad-Deen bhi parrha gaya hai, lekin pehli do qiratein maanon ke aitebaar se, unn ko tarjeeh di gayee hai.

[28] Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “The religion (of Islam) is easy, and whoever makes the religion a rigour, it will overpower him. So, follow a middle course (in worship); if you can’t do this, do something near to it and give glad tidings and seek help (of Allah) at morn and at dusk and some part of night”. [Al-Bukhari].

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏: ‏ ‏ “‏ إن الدين يسر، ولن يشاد الدين إلا غلبه، فسددوا وقاربوا وأبشروا، واستعينوا بالغدوة والروحة وشيء من الدلجة‏”‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه البخاري‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

وفي رواية له ‏: ‏ ‏ ‏سددوا وقاربوا واغدوا وروحوا، وشيء من الدلجة، القصد القصد تبلغوا‏ ‏‏.‏

[29] فالأول‏: ‏ عن أبي رقية تميم بن أوس الداري رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏: ‏ ‏ “‏ الدين النصيحة‏”‏ قلنا‏: ‏ لمن‏؟‏ قال‏: ‏ لله ولكتابه ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

Tamim bin Aus Ad-Dari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Ad-Deen is sincerity”. We said: “For whom?” He replied, “For Allah, His Book, His Messenger and for the leaders of the Muslims and their masses”. [Muslim].

[30] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏: ‏ ‏ “‏تنكح المرأة لأربع‏: ‏ لمالها، ولحسبها، ولجمالها، ولدينها، فاظفر بذات الدين تربت يداك‏”‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “A woman is married for four things: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty or for her piety. Select the pious, may you be blessed!”. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

[31] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏: ‏ ‏ “‏ الرجل على دين خليله، فلينظر أحدكم من يخالل‏”‏‏.‏

‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود، والترمذي بإسناد صحيح، وقال الترمذي‏: ‏ حديث حسن‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, “Man follows his friend’s religion, you should be careful who you take for friends”. [Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi, who classified it as Hadith Hasan].

[32] Allāhumma qinī `adhābaka yawma tab`athu `ibādak. O Allah,1 save me from Your punishment on the Day that You resurrect Your slaves.2

اللّهُـمَّ قِنـي عَذابَـكَ يَـوْمَ تَبْـعَثُ عِبـادَك .

[33] Narrated `Aisha: Some rough bedouins used to visit the Prophet (ﷺ) and ask him, “When will the Hour be?” He would look at the youngest of all of them and say, “If this should live till he is very old, your Hour (the death of the people addressed) will take place.” Hisham said that he meant (by the Hour), their death.

حَدَّثَنِي صَدَقَةُ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدَةُ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رِجَالٌ مِنَ الأَعْرَابِ جُفَاةً يَأْتُونَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيَسْأَلُونَهُ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ، فَكَانَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى أَصْغَرِهِمْ فَيَقُولُ ‏ “‏ إِنْ يَعِشْ هَذَا لاَ يُدْرِكْهُ الْهَرَمُ حَتَّى تَقُومَ عَلَيْكُمْ سَاعَتُكُمْ ‏”‏‏.‏ قَالَ هِشَامٌ يَعْنِي مَوْتَهُمْ‏.‏

[34] Anas reported the Prophet as saying, “Every perfidious one will have a standard on the day of resurrection by which he will be recognized.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءٌ يومَ القيامةِ يُعرَفُ بِهِ»

مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ (الألباني) حكم :

[35] Allāhumma fa’ayyumā mu’minin sababtuhu faj`al dhālika lahu qurbatan ilayka yawma ‘l-qiyāmah. O Allah, whomever of the believers I have abused, give him the reward of a sacrificial slaughter for it on the Day of Resurrection.

قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: “اللَّهُم فأيما مؤمن سببته فاجعل ذلك له قربة إليك يوم القيامة”

[36] ‘A’isha reported: I said: Messenger of Allah, the son of Jud’an established ties of relationship, fed the poor. Would that be of any avail to him? He said: It would be of no avail to him as he did not ever say: O my Lord, pardon my sins on the Day of Resurrection.

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ابْنُ جُدْعَانَ كَانَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَصِلُ الرَّحِمَ وَيُطْعِمُ الْمِسْكِينَ فَهَلْ ذَاكَ نَافِعُهُ قَالَ ‏ “‏ لاَ يَنْفَعُهُ إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَقُلْ يَوْمًا رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي خَطِيئَتِي يَوْمَ الدِّينِ ‏”‏

[37] Narrated Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu’minin: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to recite: “In the name of Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds; most Gracious, most Merciful; Master of the Day of Judgment,” breaking its recitation into verses, one after another. Abu Dawud said: I heard Ahmad (b. Hanbal) say: The early reading is: Maliki yawmi’l-din.

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الأُمَوِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّهَا ذَكَرَتْ – أَوْ كَلِمَةً غَيْرَهَا – قِرَاءَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏{‏ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ * الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ * الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ * مَلِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ ‏}‏ يَقْطَعُ قِرَاءَتَهُ آيَةً آيَةً ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ يَقُولُ الْقِرَاءَةُ الْقَدِيمَةُ ‏{‏ مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ ‏}‏ ‏.‏
