As Salaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

Pichle Dars me Hum Bani Israil ke mutalliq, 2 ahem mazameen par baat kar rahe the, jis me humne suna ke,

  1. Bani Israil ke baare me janna kyun zaroori hai, aur
  2. Inn ka background kya hai? Jaise ke, ye kaun hain aur inn ki tareekh kya hai, muqtasar taur par humne iss ka kuch hissa jaana.
  3. Aaj ke dars me bhi hum Bani Israel ke Background par baat karenge;
    1. Pichle Dars me jin ayat par humne apni baat khatam ki thi, wo Surah Bani Israil ya Surah al-Isra ki shuru ki ayat thi, jis me kaha gaya ke, Bani Israil do waqt sarkashi karenge aur uss sarkashi ke nateeje me unn par Allah ka azaab do waqt ayega,
    2. Phir humne suna ke, jab pehli sarkashi ka waqt aya to, ye 600 BC ka waqiya hai ke, Babylonia ki fauj ne inn par hamla karke, khoob nuqsan pahunchaya.
    3. Yani ke insaano ke haathon – Bani Israil ko pittwaya.
    4. Ye hume kyun sunaya ja raha hai?
    5. Kyun ke, ahadith me hum dekhenge ke, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya ke, meri ummat Bani Israil ki hu-ba-hu copy karegi.
    6. To aisa kayee waqt huwa hai, jin shehron me logon ne Quran aur Ahadith ko follow karna chhorrh diya, unn ko ghair qaumon ke hathon pittwa diya gaya.
      1. Hyderabad me Police Action le lijiye,
      2. Myanmar me Rohingya le lijiye,
  • Riots jab hotay to ek qaum ko doosri qaum se pittwaya jata hai.
  1. Phir uss ke baad kya huwa – Allah ne Bani Israil ki madad ki, phir se hukumat di, aur maal se aur aulad se Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) ne unn ki madad ki, ek aur maukha unn ko diya gaya,
    1. Ye maukha kis baat ka maukha hai?
    2. Ye dekhne ke liye ke, Allah ki kitab aur uss ke Rasool ki sunnat par wapas aate hai ya nahi? Ye dekhne ke liye phir se maukha diya gaya,
  • Bani Israil phir se sarkashi karne lagay, tafaseer me ata hai ke, bad-tareen shirk me mubtala ho gaye.
  1. Unhe Maukha kyun diya gaya tha? Allah ki ita’at karne ke liye, kar kya rahe hain?
  2. Shirk – To nateeja kya hoga?
  1. Doosri baar sarkashi ki, to saza ka waqt aa gaya, aur iss baar bhi Rumiyon ne bohot tabahi machai, aur unn ki Masjid me dakhil ho gaye jaisa ke pehli baar inn ke dushman dakhil huwe thay.
  2. To do baar inn ki Masjid ko (jisay aaj temple of Solomon ya haikal-e-sulaimani keh rahe hain) – Lekin wo Masjid thi, sajda karne ki jagah thi, Masjid-e-Aqsa ko, Bani Israil ke dushmano ne doosri baar toda.
    1. Kya aaj ye tamam harkaat, hamare dushman nahi kar rahe hain, Babri Masjid ko shaheed kiya gaya, phir uss ke baad ab ek News article ke mutabiq, 50 masajid India me – list par hai todhne ke liye. Supreme court me petitions dakhil kiye ja chuke hain.[1]
    2. To matlab ye hai ke, na to hum apni saza ko samajh rahe hain aur na jo hum ko bhi Allah ki taraf se maukha mila huwa hai, uss ko samajh rahe hain.
  • Allah ka shukar hai ke, ab aur koi nabi aanay walay nahi hain, agar aaj koi nabi aa jaye.n to hume bhi waise hi address kiya jata, jaise Bani Israil ko ya pichle qaumo ko address kiya gaya hai.[2]
  1. Iss baat ka sabakh hum yahan se lete chalei.n
  1. To do waqt haikal-e-sulaimani toota, aur doosri baar ke baad, aaj tak wo bann nahi paya.[3] Halanke, Musalmano ki hukumat me Masjid-e-Aqsa ki tameer to ho gayee, Musalmano ne bana di, lekin kyun ke, Bani Israil apne aap ko Musalmaan nahi samajhte, iss liye wo teesre Haikal ki tameer – unn ke plan me hai.
  2. Doosri tabahi ke baad, Bani Israil Muqaddas Zameen se, Falasteen se nikaal diye gaye, bahar nikal kar duniya bhar me bikharne lagay,
    1. Kuch to European Countries ki taraf phailay, alag alag mumalik me ye aaj bhi maujood hain,
    2. Russia me hain,[4]
  • China me hain,[5]
  1. India me hain, Northeast India me,[6] Iss saal Manipur me jo inteshaar huwa, uss me Inn ke do Synagogues tabah kar diye gaye,[7]
  2. To India me bhakt log Jews ko support karte hote to inn ke Synagogues ko kyun tabah karte? Ye ek baat sonchne ki hai chalte chalte. To ye India me bhi maujood hain.
  3. Africa me hain,[8]
  • Iran me hain,[9] aagay hum ahadith me sunenge ke, jab Dajjal ayega to 70,000 yahoodi Isfahan se aayenge.
  • Yemen me hain,[10]
  1. Poori duniya me phaile huwe hain.
  1. Madina me aa kar bas gaye thay, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ki paidaish se 200 saal pehle, kyun ke, inhe pata tha ke yahan aakhri nabi aanay walay hain.
  2. Lekin jab Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) Nabi ban kar aaye, to inhone inkaar kar diya, kyun ke, ye samajh rahe thay ke, aakhri Nabi Bani Ishaq se aayenge, lekin Allah ko manzoor tha ke, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) Bani Ismail me se hon. Kuch Bani Israil ke logon ne, Islam qabool kar liya lekin aksar Yahoodiyon ne inkaar kiya.[11]
  3. Quran mein Surah al-Baqarah me Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) farmate hain ke, jin logon ko humne kitab di hai, wo Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ko iss tarah pehchhaante hain, jis tarah apne beton ko pehchaante hain, lekin ek giroh unn me aisa hai jo jaante boojhte haq ko chhupaatay hain.[12]
  4. Madina hijrat karne ke baad, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne Madina ka constitution ya Madina ka aayeen banaya, jis me sab firqon ko equal rights ya huqooq diye gaye, Ansar aur Muhajireen me to bhai bandi karwa di aur Bani Israil ke 3 Yahoodi qabilay ko bhi wohi huqooq hasil thay, jo kisi bhi Ansar ya Muhajir ko hasil thay.
  5. Ab yahan Bani Israil ko phir se Quran ke zariye choice di gayee Surah al-Isra ki 8wi ayat me ke, “Ho sakta hai ke, ab tumhara paalne wala malik tum par reham kare, aur agar tum wohi harkatein karoge to hum bhi wohi pehla sa salook karenge aur hum ne jahannam ko kafiron ke liye qaid-khana bana rakha hai”[13]
    1. Matlab ye hai ke, agar tum iman le aao, Allah par aur Muhammadur Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) par to tum par reham kiya jayega,
    2. Phir agay farmaya ke, “Yaqeenan ye Quran rehnumai karta hai, raasta dikhata hai siratal mustaqeem ki taraf, seedhay raaste ki taraf jo jannat ko jata hai,…”[14]
  • To iss Quran ke zariye aur Muhammadur Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke zariye iman laogay to tum par reham kiya jayega, warna to iss duniya me bhi azab hoga aur aakhirat me to dozaq ke qaid-khaane me jakad diye jaoge.[15]
  1. Lekin Yahoodiyon ke hasad ki wajah se, unhone Musalmano aur Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke liye masail paida karna shuru kar diya, baghawat par utar aaye, aur apne muahiday ko toda;
    1. Unn ka Muahida tha ke, wo Taurat ki ayaat par chalenge (jo Quran se na takraati hon – yani jo wo apne haathon na likh rakhay thay).
    2. Aur Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ko judge banayenge, unn ke har jhagday me, chahay wo Musalmano ke saath ho ya unn ke aapasi jhagday hon.
  • Madina par hamle ki surat me, wo Musalmano ka sath denge. Lekin unhone Musalmano ke dushmano ka saath diya. Allah ke bheje huwe rasool ki phir se na-farmani ki.
  1. Aur jo Madina ka constitution tha uss ki khilaf warzi ki aur fasad phailanay lagay.
  2. Unhone samjha ke jaise wo pehle Nabiyon ke saath kiya karte thay, ab bhi wohi chaal chalenge,
  3. Ye wo qaum hai jo Allah ke Nabiyon ka qatl karti aayee hai,
  • lekin Surah al-Maidah me saaf taur par Keh diya gaya ke, “Aur ye aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ko kaise judge banatay hain, jab ke inn ke paas tauraat maujood hai, jis me Allah ka hukum maujood hai, phir bhi wo uss se phir jaatay hain aur ye log Allah par Iman nahi rakhte.[16]
  • To inn ki na-farmani ki wajah se, aur zameen me fasad ya corruption phailanay ki wajah se, aur dushmano ka sath dene ki wajah se, unhe Madina se nikal diya gaya,
  1. Ye ja kar Madina ke qareeb Khaibar nami jagah par doosre Yahoodi qabail ke saath rehne lagay. Wahan se doosre Arab qabail ko Musalmano ke khilaf bhadkanay lagay, to aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne Khaibar ke qilon ka muhasara kiya aur uss Bani Israil ke gaddh ne hatyaar daal diye.
    1. Unn ke sath phir se muaheda huwa aur unhe Khaibar me rehne ki ijazat di gayee, iss shart par ke Khaibar ki salana kaasht ka adha hissa jizya ke taur par ada karenge. To Khaibar me rehne ke liye Bani Israil ki qaum tax dene lagi, half the yearly produce of Khaibar aur wahan rehne lagay.
    2. Hazrat Umar (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْه) ke daur-e-khilafat me, jab 637 eeswi me Musalmano ne Jerusalem ka muhasra kiya, to Christian governor aur church ka padri jo tha, uss ne Musalmano se kaha ke, tumhare Khalifa aayenge to main unn ke hawale karoonga, Bait-ul-Maqdis ki kunjiyan.[17]
  • Umar (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْه) Jerusalem ki taraf safar karte hain aur Bait-ul-Maqdis ki kunjiyan Padri se hasil karte hain, aur Eesaiyon ke sath ek muaheda karte hain ke, Christians ki property, unn ke muqaddas muqamat, unn ke churches har cheez Musalmano ke protection me hain, jis par wo qabza nahi karenge. Unhe Christianity ya Eesaiyat practice karne denge aur unn ko zabardasti Musalman nahi banayenge.
  1. Aur iss aman ke badlay, Christians jizya denge,
  2. Phir Umar (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْه) ko Church of the Holy Sepulchre dikhaya gaya, Christians ye maante hain ke, Isa (عَلَيْهِم ٱلسَّلَام) ko iss jagah Salaib par chadhaya gaya, ya crucify kiya gaya. Umar (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْه) ne na sirf Eesaiyon ko balke Yahoodiyon ko bhi ijazat di, Bait-ul-Maqdis me rehne ki aur ibadat karne ki.[18]
  1. Phir Khaibar ke yahoodiyon ne, 641 Eeswi me phir se apne purane tareeqon par aagaye, phir zameen me shar phailane lagay,[19] to unhe Jazeera-numa-e-Arab se yani Arabian Peninsula se nikaal bahar kiya gaya.[20]
  2. Bani Israil sari duniya me bikhre rahe, kuch Bait-ul-Maqdis me ya Falasteen me bhi thay, taqreeban 400 saal tak yahan aman raha, iss ke baad crusaders ne aa ker Bait-ul-Maqdis ko Musalmano se le liya.[21]
    1. Ab hum iss ki tafseel me nahi jayenge, Salahuddin Ayyubi ki tareekh waghairah me, beher-haal Baitul Maqdis aksar-o-beshtar, Masalmano ke control me raha,
    2. Bani Israil aam taur par Musalman ilakhon me hi rahe, aur aman me rahe,
  • Baaz log likhte hain ke ye dhimmi thay, yani second class citizen ka darja inhe diya gaya, lekin ye log ye bhool jaate hain ke, Bani Israil ki qaum Musalman mumalik me aman me rahi, inhe zabardasti convert nahi kiya gaya, and they preferred to stay with the Muslims.
  1. Balke Muslim Spain me, to inn ka Golden Period tha, Musalmano ke saath inn ki bhi daulat badh rahi thi, they were prosperous.
  2. Aur Musalmano ke sath ek community ki tarah thay, aur Musalmano ke sath mil kar ilm hasil kiya, kayee fields me aagay badhay, Mathematics, Astronomy, Philosophy, Chemistry, waghairah.[22]
  1. Phir Ottoman Empire me, yani Saltanat-e-Usmania me bhi Yahoodi maujood thay, wo aman me reh rahe thay, kyun ke, Europe se inhe nikala ja raha tha. Sab se zyada Yahoodi abadi Saltanat-e-Usmania me thi, 1917 me Pehli Jung-e-Azeem yani First World War honay tak.[23]
    1. Saltanat-e-Usmania toot gayee, Musalmano ki khilafat khatam ho gayee,
    2. Aur ussi saal 1917 me, yani aaj se 100 saal pehle, Balfour Declaration ke zariye, Bani Israil ko Falasteen me ek jagah jama hone ki ijazat British Government ne di, jo uss waqt Falasteen ko Saltanat-e-Usmania se hasil kar chukay thay.[24]
  • Bani Israil duniya bhar se aa kar Falasteen me basne lagay, aur 1948 me Jewish Agency of Palestine ne, Palestine ko underline kariye, uss agency ke chairman David Ben-Gurion ne State of Israel ke establishment ka announcement kiya aur United States ne Israel ko ussi din naya mulk tasleem bhi kar liya, ek hi din me accept kar liya.[25]
  1. Beshumar Falasteeniyon ko, taqreeban 7.5 lakh logon ko unn ke gharon se nikaal diya gaya, jisay Falasteeni log Nakhba ke naam se yaad karte hain.[26] Iss ke baad Falasteen sirf Gaza ki patti me aur West Bank me simatt kar reh gaya.
  2. Phir 1967 me, doosri Arab Israeli jung huwi, uss ke baad, ye do ilakhay bhi Israel ke qabze me aa gaye aur Falasteeni log Genocide ya Nasal Kashi ka shikar hain.
  1. To ye jo Israel ka formation hai, yahoodiyon ka yani Jews ka Israel me aa kar bassna hai, ye aise hi nahi hai. To iss par main;
  2. Quran ki ek ayat ki taraf me tawajjoh dilana chahoonga,
    1. Surah Bani Israil me aya hai ke, “Aur uss ke baad humne Bani Israil ko hukum diya ke tum log zameen me abaad ho jao aur phir jab aakhirat ke waday ka waqt ayega to, tab hum tum ko samaitt kar layenge”.[27]
    2. Yahan lafz-e-Lafeefa istemaal huwa hai, jaisa hum urdu me lifafa kehte hain, chau taraf se kagaz ko lapaitt kar lifafa banta hai, theek ussi tarah saari duniya bhar se Jews ko Yahoodiyon ko la kar Israel me basaya gaya,
  • To Quran ki ek aur peshangoi poori huwi.

Teesra Hissa – Bani Israil Ahadith ki roshni me

  • To pichle hissay me aur ab ye jo hadith aa rahi hai, uss se saaf ho jata hai ke, jo halat sabeqa Muslim ummat par yani Bani Israil par guzre hain, wohi halat Present Muslim ummat ke sath bhi honge,
    • Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya: Meri Ummat par bhi aisa waqt ayega, jaisa Bani Israil par aya tha, aur uss ki misal aisi hai ke, jab do jooton ke tasmo.n ko mila diya jaye to jis tarah barabar hote hain,
    • beshak Bani Israil 72 (Bahattar) firqon me taqseem huwe aur Meri Ummat 73 (Tirhattar) firqon me taqseem hogi, ek firqe ke siway baqi sab jahannam me honge,
    • sahaba ne poochha, Allah ke Rasool (صلى الله عليه وسلم)! wo ek firqa kaunsa hoga? Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne jawab diya, jis par main aur mere sahaba hain. Ye riwayat Daif hai, Albani aur Zubair Aliza’i ne isay Daif kaha hai.
    • Ek aur riwayat, jo Ahmad, Abu Dawood me hai, jisay Albani ne Sahih kaha aur Zubai Aliza’i ne Hasan kaha hai, Farmaya Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne ke, (bahattar) 72 firqe jahannam me jayenge aur ek Jannat me jayega, aur anqareeb meri ummat me aise log zahir honge, unn me ye bidaat iss tarah sarayat kar jayegi, jiss tarah bawlay kutte ka asar katte huwe shakhs me jaise sarayat kar jaata hai,[28]
    • yani jis tarah insaan ke jism me Rabies walay kutte ka zehar phailta hai, uss tarah se bidat iss ummat me phailegi.
    • Ibn Majah ki riwayat me hai ke, Bani Israil ke 71 (ekehattar) firqe the, aur meri ummat me 72 (Bahattar) firqe honge, sab jahannam me honge, siway ek firqe ke, aur wo al-Jamat hai.[29]
  • Nasai ki hadith, Aisha (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْها) farmati hain ke, Bani Makhzum ki ek aurat ne chori ki, aur Quraish ke logon ne soncha ke, kaun hai jo Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) se iss ki sifarish karega?
    • Koi bhi iss kaam ko anjam nahi de paya, aakhir Osama bin Zaid (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهما) ne sifarish ki, to aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya,
    • Bani Israil me ye dastoor ho gaya tha ke, jab koi shareef aadmi chori karta to usay chhorrh dete aur agar koi kamzor aadmi chori karta to uss ka hath kaat dete,
    • Agar aaj Fatima (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْها) ne bhi chori ki hoti, to main uss ka bhi hath kat deta.[30]
  • Ibn Majah ki hadith, Farmaya Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne ke, Bani Israil ke tamam umoor (yani intezaami, muashrati, deeni aur dunyawi muamelat) ki dekh bhaal, unn ke Nibayon ke hath me thi,
    • Jab koi Nabi ka inteqaal ho jata, to doosra Nabi unn ke baad muqarrar ho jata,
    • Lekin mere baad tumhare andar koi Nabi aanay wala nahi, Sahaba (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهم) ne poochha, Aye Allah ke Rasool (صلى الله عليه وسلم) phir unn muamelat ka kya hoga?
    • Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya, Khulafa honge aur bohot zyada honge, iss par Sahaba (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهم) ne poochha, phir hum kya kare.n?
    • Aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne farmaya, Pehle khalifa ki bayt par qayem raho, phir uss ke baad jo (Bayt ke lehaz se) pehla ho,
    • Tum par jo faraiz hain ada karo, aur unn ke faraiz ke baare me Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) unn se sawal karega.[31]
    • Matlab ye awam ki zimmadari nahi hai ke, Ameer ke faraiz ke baare me sawal kare. Unn ke liye aap dua kar sakte hain ke, Allah unhe sahih raaste par chalaye, kyun ke, hume nahi maloom ke unn ke kya challenges hain.
  • Bukhari ki hadith, farmaya Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne ke, Bani Israil ki qaum me jo tum se pehle guzar chuke hain, kayee mard aise bhi thay, jin par hidayat ke ilham hotay thay, halanke wo Nabi nahi thay, aur meri ummat me se aise shakhs Umar (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْه) hain.[32]

Yahan Dars rok denge, next Saturday In Sha Allah Surah al-Baqarah ki tafseel agay sunenge.

Al hamdulillahi Rabbil Alameen

Allahumma Silli wa Sallim wa Barik ala abdika wa rasoolika wa sayyidana Muhammad wa ala aalihi wa azwaajihi wa barik wa sallam

Rabbana aatina fid duniya…

[28] ‘Abdallah b. ‘Amr reported God’s messenger as saying, “My people will experience what the B. Isra’il experienced, as closely as one sandal resembles another. If they had among them one who openly- had intercourse with his mother, among my people there will be one who does that. The B. Isra’il divided into 72 sects, but my people will divide into 73 sects, all of which but one will go to hell.” On being asked which it was, he replied, “It is the one to which I and my companions belong.” [Tirmidhi]. A version by Ahmad and Abu Dawud from Mu’awiya has, “Seventy-two will be in hell and one in paradise, it being the community. And folk will come forth from among my people in whom those passions will run as does hydrophobia in one who suffers from it, permeating every vein and joint.”

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَيَأْتِيَنَّ عَلَى أُمَّتِي مَا أَتَى عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ حَذْوَ النَّعْلِ بِالنَّعْلِ حَتَّى إِنَّ كَانَ مِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَتَى أُمَّهُ عَلَانِيَةً لَكَانَ فِي أُمَّتِي مَنْ يَصْنَعُ ذَلِكَ وَإِنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ تَفَرَّقَتْ عَلَى ثِنْتَيْنِ وَسَبْعِينَ مِلَّةً وَتَفْتَرِقُ أُمَّتِي عَلَى ثَلَاثٍ وَسَبْعِينَ مِلَّةً كُلُّهُمْ فِي النَّارِ إِلَّا مِلَّةً وَاحِدَةً قَالُوا وَمن هِيَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ مَا أَنَا عَلَيْهِ وأصحابي» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ – وَفِي رِوَايَةِ أَحْمَدَ وَأَبِي دَاوُدَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ: «ثِنْتَانِ وَسَبْعُونَ فِي النَّارِ وَوَاحِدَةٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَهِيَ الْجَمَاعَةُ وَإِنَّهُ سَيَخْرُجُ فِي أُمَّتِي أَقْوَامٌ تَتَجَارَى بِهِمْ تِلْكَ الْأَهْوَاءُ كَمَا يَتَجَارَى الْكَلْبُ بِصَاحِبِهِ لَا يَبْقَى مِنْهُ عِرْقٌ وَلَا مَفْصِلٌ إِلَّا دخله» حكم: ضَعِيف, صَحِيح (الألباني) وَ إسنادہ ضعيف، إسنادہ حسن (زبیر علی زئی)

Narrated ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “What befell the children of Isra’il will befall my Ummah, step by step, such that if there was one who had intercourse with his mother in the open, then there would be someone from my Ummah who would do that. Indeed the children of Isra’il split into seventy-two sects, and my Ummah will split into seventy-three sects. All of them are in the Fire Except one sect.” He said: “And which is it O Messenger of Allah?” He said: “What I am upon and my Companions.”

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيُّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَنْعُمَ الإِفْرِيقِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ “‏ لَيَأْتِيَنَّ عَلَى أُمَّتِي مَا أَتَى عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ حَذْوَ النَّعْلِ بِالنَّعْلِ حَتَّى إِنْ كَانَ مِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَتَى أُمَّهُ عَلاَنِيَةً لَكَانَ فِي أُمَّتِي مَنْ يَصْنَعُ ذَلِكَ وَإِنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ تَفَرَّقَتْ عَلَى ثِنْتَيْنِ وَسَبْعِينَ مِلَّةً وَتَفْتَرِقُ أُمَّتِي عَلَى ثَلاَثٍ وَسَبْعِينَ مِلَّةً كُلُّهُمْ فِي النَّارِ إِلاَّ مِلَّةً وَاحِدَةً قَالُوا وَمَنْ هِيَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ مَا أَنَا عَلَيْهِ وَأَصْحَابِي ‏”‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُفَسَّرٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ مِثْلَ هَذَا إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ‏.‏

[29] It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘The Children of Israel split into seventy-one sects, and my nation will split into seventy-two, all of which will be in Hell apart from one, which is the main body.”

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ “‏ إِنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ افْتَرَقَتْ عَلَى إِحْدَى وَسَبْعِينَ فِرْقَةً وَإِنَّ أُمَّتِي سَتَفْتَرِقُ عَلَى ثِنْتَيْنِ وَسَبْعِينَ فِرْقَةً كُلُّهَا فِي النَّارِ إِلاَّ وَاحِدَةً وَهِيَ الْجَمَاعَةُ ‏”‏ ‏.‏

[30] Aisha said, “A woman from Bani Makhzumiya committed a theft and the people said, ‘Who can intercede with the Prophet (ﷺ) for her?’ So nobody dared speak to him (i.e. the Prophet) but Usama bin Zaid spoke to him. The Prophet said, ‘If a reputable man amongst the children of Bani Israel committed a theft, they used to forgive him, but if a poor man committed a theft, they would cut his hand. But I would cut even the hand of Fatima (i.e. the daughter of the Prophet) if she committed a theft.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ ذَهَبْتُ أَسْأَلُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنْ حَدِيثِ الْمَخْزُومِيَّةِ، فَصَاحَ بِي، قُلْتُ لِسُفْيَانَ فَلَمْ تَحْتَمِلْهُ عَنْ أَحَدٍ قَالَ وَجَدْتُهُ فِي كِتَابٍ كَانَ كَتَبَهُ أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ سَرَقَتْ، فَقَالُوا مَنْ يُكَلِّمُ فِيهَا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَمْ يَجْتَرِئْ أَحَدٌ أَنْ يُكَلِّمَهُ، فَكَلَّمَهُ أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، فَقَالَ ‏ “‏ إِنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانَ إِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمُ الشَّرِيفُ تَرَكُوهُ، وَإِذَا سَرَقَ الضَّعِيفُ قَطَعُوهُ، لَوْ كَانَتْ فَاطِمَةُ لَقَطَعْتُ يَدَهَا ‏”‏‏.‏

[31] It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

“The affairs of the Children of Israel were administered by their Prophets. Every time a Prophet left, he was followed by another, but there will be no Prophet among you after I am gone.” They said: “What will happen, O Messenger of Allah?” He said: “There will be caliphs and there will be many of them.” They said: “What should we do?” He said: “Fulfill your pledge to the first one, then the one who comes after him, and do the duties required of you, for Allah will question them about the duties upon them.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ فُرَاتٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏”‏ إِنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانَتْ تَسُوسُهُمْ أَنْبِيَاؤُهُمْ كُلَّمَا ذَهَبَ نَبِيٌّ خَلَفَهُ نَبِيٌّ وَأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ كَائِنٌ بَعْدِي نَبِيٌّ فِيكُمْ ‏”‏ ‏.‏ قَالُوا فَمَا يَكُونُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ ‏”‏ تَكُونُ خُلَفَاءُ فَيَكْثُرُوا ‏”‏ ‏.‏ قَالُوا فَكَيْفَ نَصْنَعُ قَالَ ‏”‏ أَوْفُوا بِبَيْعَةِ الأَوَّلِ فَالأَوَّلِ أَدُّوا الَّذِي عَلَيْكُمْ فَسَيَسْأَلُهُمُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَنِ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِمْ ‏”‏ ‏.‏

[32] Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “Among the nations before you there used to be people who were inspired (though they were not prophets). And if there is any of such a persons amongst my followers, it is ‘Umar.”

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Among the nation of Bani Israel who lived before you, there were men who used to be inspired with guidance though they were not prophets, and if there is any of such persons amongst my followers, it is ‘Umar.”

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ قَزَعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏”‏ لَقَدْ كَانَ فِيمَا قَبْلَكُمْ مِنَ الأُمَمِ مُحَدَّثُونَ، فَإِنْ يَكُ فِي أُمَّتِي أَحَدٌ فَإِنَّهُ عُمَرُ ‏”‏‏.‏

زَادَ زَكَرِيَّاءُ بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏”‏ لَقَدْ كَانَ فِيمَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ رِجَالٌ يُكَلَّمُونَ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَكُونُوا أَنْبِيَاءَ، فَإِنْ يَكُنْ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مِنْهُمْ أَحَدٌ فَعُمَرُ ‏”‏‏.‏ قال ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما: “من نبيِّ ولا محدَّث.”
