As Salaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

Pichle dars me hum Surah al-Baqarah ki 18wi aur 19wi ayat ki tafseer sunn rahe the, aaj ke dars me hum baqi alfaaz par ghaur karenge, aur bohot science bhari huwi hai aur samjhane ka bohot hai.

اَوۡ كَصَيِّبٍ مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ فِيۡهِ ظُلُمٰتٌ وَّرَعۡدٌ وَّبَرۡقٌ ۚ يَجۡعَلُوۡنَ اَصَابِعَهُمۡ فِىۡۤ اٰذَانِهِمۡ مِّنَ الصَّوَاعِقِ حَذَرَ الۡمَوۡتِؕ وَاللّٰهُ مُحِيۡطٌۢ بِالۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ‏

Ya unn ki misal aisi hai jaise aasman se bade zor ki barish baras rahi hai, uss me andhere bhi hain aur garaj aur bijli (ki chamak) bhi, to ye bijli ki kadak ki wajah se (darr kar) maut ke khauf se kano me apni ungliyan tthos li hain aur Allah kafiron ko har taraf se ghere huwe hai.

Iss ayat me gyara alfaaz hain samajhne ke, Sayyib, Sama’a, Ra’ad, Barq, Ja’ala, Asaabiahum, Aazanihim, Sawaiq, Hazara, Maut aur Muheet.

Iss ayat ka pehla lafz Sayyib ki tafseer me, hum iss lafz par ahadith sunn rahe thay, mazeed aur ahadith aa rahi hain;

79. SAYYIB ( Rainstorm ) 2:19 ( صَيّبٌ ( ص و ب Cont’d…

  • Tirmidhi ki hadith, Ibn Umar farmate hain ke, Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) aksar awqat kisi majlis se utthne se pehle inn kalimaat ke zariye apne sahaba ke liye dua karte thay, “Aye Allah! Hume tere khauf se aisa hissa ata farma, jo hamare aur teri na-farmani ke beech me hayel ho jaye, Aur apni ita’at se aise hissa ata farma jis ke zariye aap hume apni jannat me pahuncha de, aur yaqeen se aisa hissa naseeb farma jo duniya ki museebatein hum par asan kar de, jab tak aap hume zinda rakhe, hamare kano, hamari aankhon aur hamari quwwat ko qayem aur baqi rakhna, aur hamare waris ko bhi ye cheezen ata kar. Aur jo shakhs hum par zulm kare uss par hamara ghazab nazil farma, hamare deen me kami ki wajah se hum par koi museebat nazil na farma, aur duniya ko hamara sab se bada maqsad na bana, aur na hamare ilm ki hadd ko, aur hum par kisi aise ko hukumraan na bana jo hum par reham na kare.[1]
  • Phir ahadith me Lafz-e-Asaaba aya hai, jis ke maano ki summary aa rahi hai;
    • Teer ka nishane par lagna,[2]
    • Kisi najas ka lag jaana,[3]
    • Biwi se milne ke maane aaye hain,[4]
    • Kisi zakham ka lagna,[5]
    • Mewon ko bimari ka lagna,[6]
    • Hadd se aagay badh jaane ke maane aaye hain,[7] ya gunah sarzad hona,[8]
    • Achhi Barish ka zameen par parrhna,[9]
    • Azab ka aana ya gher lena,[10]
    • Judge ka Sahih Faisla dena,[11]
    • To ye tamam maane aaye hain.

Aur jaisa ke humne pehle kaha ke, lafz-e-Sayyib ke maane Rainstorm ke hain, jo ek hi baar Quran me aya hai.

Ab iss ayat ka doosra lafz, aur Surah al-Fatiha se parrhne ki tarteeb ka 80th lafz, as-Sama’a hai.

80. ASSAMAAA (The sky ) 2:19 ( اَلسَّمآءِ ( س م و

Lafz-e-Sama’a ka root ya maddah (س م و) hai, jis ke maane aasmaan ke hain,…, sky. Aasmaan, Sky ya Arabi me as-Sama’a uss cheez ka naam hai jo hamare sar ke ooper hai, iss gol zameen par hum jahan kahin bhi ho – hamare sar ke ooper aasmaan hai;

  • Surah Qaf ki 6tti ayat me farmaya, Kya unhone ne apne sar ke ooper aasmaan ki taraf nahi dekha ke, Hum ne usay kaise banaya hai aur kaise usay muzayyan kiya, decorate kiya hai aur uss me kahin bhi koi shigaaf, koi dararr ya crack nahi.[12]
    • Aur Surah Anbiya me farmaya ke, Hum ne aasmaan ko ek mehfooz chhat banaya hai,…[13]
  • Aur yehi wo jagah hai, jahan se Barish ke zariye pani baras’ta hai,[14]
  • Aur issi ko yani aasmaan hi ko, saat levels me ya saat systems me organize kiya,[15] do yaum ya periods me ya do stages me,[16]
  • Allah ne inn saaton aasmaano ko ek doosre ke ooper, aur tay ba tay banaya hai,[17]
  • Aur Wo Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) hi hai jo aasmano ko thaame huwe hai ke, zameen par girr na jaye,[18]
  • Phir aasmaan me;
    • Badal hain,[19]
    • Thunderbolts ya koi museebat ya aafat bhi hai,[20] jo Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) azab ke taur par bhej dete hain.
    • Galaxies ya kehkashaan hai, sooraj aur chand hai,[21]
    • Phir aasmaan me sayyare yani planets hain,[22]
    • Sitare hain yani Stars hain,[23]
    • Surah al-Jinn me, jinno ka statement maujood hai ke, unhone aasmaano ko ttattola to uss me paya Mazboot chaukidaaron ko jo sakht pehra dete hain.
      • Yahan Hamare ustaad Dr. Anees ka kehna hai ke, ye black holes ho sakte hain, jo har cheez ko apni taraf kheench lete hain, yahan tak ke roshni bhi uss ki pakad me aa jaye to bahar nahi nikal sakti.
      • Aur ye jinn bhi infrared radiation ka ya overall electromagnetic radiation ka hissa hain, to bhi uss ki pakad se nahi bach sakte,
      • Aur aag ke sholay hain, iss ke zariye bhi aasmaan protected hai.
    • Phir kaha ke aasmaan me hubuk hain, aur saat raaste hain.[24]

      • Fatah Mohammad Jalandhari sahab ne, iss ka tarjuma kiya – “Aur Aasmaan ki qasam jis me rassay hain”[25]
      • Rassi kaisi hoti?
      • Rassi me twist hota, helix ki tarah hoti hai Rassi.
      • Hamare Ustad Dr. Anees ne iss ka tarjuma, “By the sky possessing ways” ka kiya hai aur scientific explanation me bataya ke, “Lafz-e-Hubuk ke maane, bandhne aur mazboot karne ke hain, Rayt me jaise lehren hoti hain aur curvature hota hai ye maane aye hain. To hum samajh sakte hain ke, aasmaan me curved orbits hain aur ye aise orbits se bhara huwa hai, jis ki wajah se heavenly bodies apne apne dayere me tayr rahe hain.
      • Aaj hamare paas aise tools maujood hain, jis ke zariye hum in movements to samjhane ke qabil ho gaye hain.
      • Abhi tak ye samjha jata tha ke, zameen aur solar system ke tamam planets, sooraj ke atraaf ek hi plane me chakkar kaat rahe hain.

      • Aur hum ye imagine nahi kar sakte thay ke, Sooraj kis tarah milkyway galaxy ke atraaf chakkar laga raha hai, apne sayyaron ke sath.
      • Aaj kuch video ki madad se hum ye visualize kar sakte hain, ye kuch aisa dikhta hai;

      • Saatwan – Expanding Universe hai yani iss kaynaat ka phailao hai, jo aaj keh rahe hain ke, space speed of light ki raftaar se phail rahi hai.
      • Ab ye jo explanation hai, wo kaafi purana ho chuka hai, Hamare ustaad ko guzre huwe 17 saal ho gaye hain. Allah unn ko Jannat Naseeb farmaye.
      • Astronomy ki field me kaafi aur discoveries ho chuki hain, to aaj hum inn saaton aasmano ko kaise samjhenge?
      • Kaafi articles aur webistes aur videos ko khangalne ke baad, aaj hum kuch iss tarah se,…, inn saaton aasmaano ka andaza kar sakte hain.
      • Pehla Level ye hoga ke – Rotation of Earth yani zameen ka apne atraaf chakkar lagana hai, phir chand ka Zameen ke atraaf ghoomna hai, aur tamam sayyaron ka Sooraj ke atraaf chakkar lagana hai, ye sab ek hi plane me ya ek hi level me ho raha hai, to iss aitebaar se ye saare movements ek level ya pehla level hai, pehla aasmaan hai.
      • Aur Solar System ka diameter 30 trillion km hai, yani 30 ke baad 12 zeros aur laga do, to ye itna bada hai.[30]
      • Ab ye jo Quran me zikr aya hai ke ye saaton aasmaan tay ba tay hain, to inn ko yahan se samjhiye, to iss ke ooper;
      • Jo Doosra level hai wo – Solar System yani Sooraj aur uss ke Sayyaron ke saath Milky Way Galaxy ke center ke atraaf chakkar lagana hai,

Aur iss me 100 se lekar 400 Billion Sitaare ya Stars hain, aur sooraj – Solar System ke sath 27,000 Light Years door hai, Galaxy ke center se, aur 220 km/s ki raftaar se ye chakkar laga raha hai, aur ek chakkar poora karne ke liye 212 Million saal chahiye.[31]
      • Teesra aasmaan ya level – Local Group of Galaxies ka hain, to ye local group kya hai?
      • Ye ek dumble shape ka structure hai, jis ke ek taraf Milky Way Galaxy hai, aur uss ke satellite dwarf galaxies hain, aur doosri taraf Andromeda Galaxy hai aur uss ke satellite dwarf Galaxies hain aur Triangular Galaxy hai.
      • To teen bade Galaxies hain aur baaqi taqreeb 100 dwarf galaxies hain iss Local Group me, aur iss ka diameter 10 Million Light Years hai yani 10 Billion Billion km aur iss me Galaxies hi 100 ke qareeb hain to andaza lagaiyye ke iss me sitare kitne honge, jo ke trillions me hain.[32]

    • Yahan thoda sa ruk kar ye batana hai ke, baaz ulama jis ko science nahi pata, wo inn cheezon par baghair ilm ke comment kar rahe hain, jaisa ke, zameen flat hai aur wo ghoom nahi rahi hai – Quran me jahan zameen ke farsh banane ka zikr hai wahan matlab habitable ka aa raha hai,
    • Zameen agar flat hai to phir ye pahad uss me kya kar rahe hain, Quran to pahadon ke baare me bhi bayan kar raha hai,
    • To poore uloom ko Quran par apply kar ke samajhne padega, ye Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) hi iss ko poora samajh sakay honge, issi liye har field me hume aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ki ahadith se faida hota hai, warna kaun hai jo aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ki tarah har cheez samajh sakay?
    • To aise ulama se guzarish hai ke, apni la ilmi ka muzahera na kare, ye kaam unn logon ko karne dein jo, Quran ki inn ayaat ko samjhane ke qabil hain.
  • Phir Surah al-Anbiya ki 30wi ayat me farmaya ke, kya inn kafiron ne nahi dekha ke, aasmaan aur zameen ek jagah jama thay, milay huwe thay, aur humne inhe alag alag kar diya…,[40]
  • Aur ye aasmaano aur zameen ka jo structure nazar aa raha hai, wo sab kuch 6 ayyam me, 6 period me banaya,[41]
  • Aur inn me perfect balance hai, Surah ar-Rahman me farmaya ke, Aur ussi ne yani ar-Rahman ne aasmaan ko buland kiya aur uss me meezan qayem ki,[42] balance qayem kar diya aur unhe hukum diya ke, (اَلَّا تَطۡغَوۡا فِى الۡمِيۡزَانِ‏ ٨) ke iss balance se bahar matt nikalna,[43] aur iss meezan ko, iss balance ko insaaf ke saath aitedaal me rakho aur iss me se kuch kum matt karna.[44]
  • Aur ye sab kuch jo dikh raha hai, ye zameen, ye saato aasmaan, ye sab kuch real hai, koi illusion, koi baram ya koi waham nahi hai, ye sab kuch haq hai.[45]
    • Ab yahan chand cheezen hain, jinhe samjhana zaroori hai,
    • Sab se pehle to ye ke, iss kayenaat me jo kuch dikh raha hai,…, wo aisa pehle nahi tha, ye saato aasman aur ye zameen, sooraj, chand, sitare aur sayyare iss kayenaat ka har zarra, protons, neutrons, electrons, aur inn ke bhi andar quarks, leptons aur bosons,…, matter ho ya energy,[46] (… كَانَتَا رَتْقًا …) sab kuch ek jagah par thay, tighly packed thay, science-daan kehte hain ke,…, ye point universe thi, space bhi zero,…, temperature bhi zero tha aur time bhi zero.[47]
    • Phir wo point bohot hi garam aur bohot hi dense ho gaya aur (… فَفَتَقْنَاهُمَا …) humne inn ko alag alag kar diya, Bing Bang ke zariye,
    • Iss me itni detail hai ke kayee ghantte iss par bola ja sakta hai,…, Big Bang ke honay ke 10-43 of a second me, jis ko Planck Era kaha jata hai, temperature 1032 Degrees tha yani 100 million trillion trillion Degree Kelvin tha, ek ke baad 32 zeros lagayenge itna garam, aur hamari aaj ki science iss qabil nahi hai ke, iss period ko samjha sakay, aur science-daano ko nahi maloom ke iss period me kya huwa,[48]
      • Temperature itna zyada tha ke, iss kayenaat ke charo forces ek jagah par thay.
      • Aur khaas baat ye hai ke, Hamare paas ye chaar forces ko represent karne ke liye 4 farishte hain, Jibraeel, Mikaeel, Israfeel aur Malakul Maut.
      • Ye charo paida kaisa huwe, iss ki tafseel ahadith me mujhe nahi.
      • Lekin inn ki maut ka zikr ek hadith me maujood hai. Jis me mat ki sequence me pehle Mikail (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَام) ki maut hoti hai, phir Israfeel (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَام) ki, phir Jibraeel (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَام) ki aur phir Malakul maut apni rooh khud qabz karte hain, Allah ke hukum se.[49]
    • Khair,…, Plack Era ke baad ata hai, GUT Era – jis me 10-43 of a second se lekar 10-36 of a second tak, Force of Gravity doosre electromagnetic forces se alag ho gaya, The Electro Weak force, The Strong Nuclear Force aur The Electromagnetic force, aur temperature thoda kum ho gaya, 1029 se 1032 Degree ke beech me ho gaya,[50]
      • To yahan agar hum correlate karenge to aisa lag raha hai ke, Israfeel (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَام) jo farishte hain wo pehle create kiye gaye.
      • Yehi zimmadar hain, soor phoonkne ke, jis ki wajah se gravity badha di jayegi aur ye kayenaat khatam hogi.
      • Aur ye bhi samajh me aa raha hai ke, ab expansion ke rate ko control kaise karenge, gravity se control karenge, to ye force ki takhleeq ho gayee.
      • Kyun ke, Hadith maujood nahi hai to hum science ki rooh se iss baat ko bayan kar rahe hain.
      • Agar koi hadith mil jayegi paidaish ke sequence par,…, to hum hadith ko pakad lenge aur science ko chhorrh denge.
    • Phir iss ke baad Electro Weak Epoch hai, jo 10-36 of a second se shuru ho raha hai, yahan Strong Nuclear force doosre aur do forces se alag ho gaya, Z aur W Bosons form ho gaye.
    • Aur ab 10-33 of a second ho rahe hain, aur yahan se Inflation shuru huwa, jo kayenaat ke size ko roshni raftar se bhi tez raftari se phailane laga. Ek proton ke size se ek fist ya mutthi ke size ka ho gaya aur ab 10-32 of a second ho rahe hain, Big Bang ho kar. Aur ab temperature 1026 Degrees yani 100 Trillion Trillion Degrees Kelvin hai aur iss ke baad Universe ek normal rate se expand hone laga.[51]
      • Yahan aisa lagta hai ke, Mikaeel (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَام) ki paidaish huwi.
      • Yehi wo farishte hain, jo Nuclear reactions ke liye zimmadar hain.
    • Ye Electro Weak Epoch 10-12 of a second yani ek picosecond tak chala, aur yahan se Quark Epoch shuru huwa, aur temperature itna ho gaya ke, Higgs field qayem ho sakti hai aur yahan par jo baqi ke do forces hain wo alag alag ho jaate hain,
    • Aur chaaro forces ab Higgs field se interact kar sakte hain aur subatomic particles abhi bhi aam taur par kaam nahi kar pa rahe hain, kyun ke, temperature abhi bhi bohot zyada hai aur abh tak protons aur neutrons form nahi huwe.[52]
    • Abh Big Bang ke baad ka waqt 10-6 of a second ho raha hain yani 1/1,000,000 ya 1 microsecond keh lijiye, aur kayenaat me Quark Gluon Plasma bhara huwa hai, jis ke properties liquid ki tarah thay. Iss period ko “The Hadron Era” kaha jata hai.[53]
      • Phir Science-Tech daily ke 2021 ke ek article ke mutabiq, Quark Gluon Plasma bilkul pani ki tarah behta hai.[54]
      • Yahan Quran ki Surah Hud ki 7wi ayat yaad aati hai, jis me Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) farmate hain ke, “Aur wohi to hai jis ne aasmaano aur zameen ko 6 din me banaya aur uss waqt uss ka Arsh Pani par tha…[55]
      • Iss par tafseel me jaane ke maukha nahi hai, hamari website par iss mauzoo par ek article maujood hai, wahan se parrh sakte hain.[56]
      • Ye phase me protons aur neutron form ho gaye aur ye Big Bang ke 1 second tak ye mamela chala, kyun ke, ab temperature 1010 yani 10 Billion Degree Kelvin ho gaya.[57]
    • Big Bang ke 1 second ke baad, temperature itna ho gaya ke, leptons form hona shuru huwe, jis me electron, positrons aur doosre particles form huwe. Ye silsila Big Bang ke 10 seconds tak chalta raha, aur ab temperature 5 x 109 yani 5 Billion Degree Kelvin hai aur Kayenaat me protons, neutrons, electrons aur photons maujood hain.[58]
    • Ab yahan se nucleosynthesis ki shuru’at hoti hai, Big Bang ke 1 minute se lekar 2 minute tak, aur kayenaat ka temperature 1.2 Billion Degree Kelvin ho chuka hai. Lekin Kayenaat me photons zyada hain yani radiation ya light zyada hai, aur iss temperature par Deuterium atom ka nucleus banna shuru huwa, jis me ek proton aur ek neutron hote hain. Deuterium atom inhi conditions me bann sakta hai aur jo bhi aaj iss kayenaat me Deuterium maujood hai wo issi period me form huwa.
    • Iss ke baad kayenaat ka temperature 1 Billion Degree Kelvin se kum ho gaya, jab ke Big Bang ke baad 3 minutes ka waqt guzar gaya.
    • Aur ab kayenaat me Helium-3 aur Helium-4 banna shuru huwa, ye Helium ke isotopes hain, jo kayenaat me issi waqt form huwe. Aur ye silsila chalta raha waqt guzarta raha aur deegar aur elements ke nuclii (nucleus ki jama hai) form huwe aur ye mamela 3 lakh saal tak chalta raha aur roshni kayenaat me bohot zyada thi, jis ki wajah se koi atoms form nahi ho pa rahe thay, iss dauran kayenaat me hydrogen plasma bhara huwa tha aur jaise jaise kayenaat phail rahi thi, waise waise temperature bhi kum hota ja raha tha.[59]
    • Phir 3 lakh 70 hazar saal ke baad, kayenaat ka temperature kum ho kar 4,000 Degree Kelvin tak pahunch gaya, jis ke baad Hydrogen aur Helium nuclii electrons ko attract karke atoms ki shakal ikhtiyaar karna shuru kare aur ye mamela 1 billion saal tak chala, iss daur ko dark ages kaha jata hai, kyun ke ab roshni bilkul kum ho chuki hai.[60]
    • 1 Billion saal ke baad, Hydrogen gas clouds ke zariye, aur kayenaat ke phailao ki wajah se temperature kum ho kar 60 Degree Kelvin ho chuka tha aur sitare aur kehkasha yani stars aur galaxies form hona shuru huwe.[61]
    • Ye tamam tafseel me, dekhiye ke har maukhe par jo tawazun hai, jo balance hai usay qayem rakhna zaroori tha, agar koi bhi cheez ek fraction bhi kum ya zyada hoti, to ye kayenaat iss naviyyaat ko nahi pahunch sakti thi, issi liye, Surah ar-Rahman ki jo ayatein humne suni, uss me Allah (ربُّ الْعِزَّت) ne hukum diya ke, balance qayem rakho aur na to zyadati karo aur na tawazun me koi kumi.
  • Science-daano ka maanna ye hai ke, space-time yani ke 4 dimensional space curved hai,[62]
    • Issi silsile me, Ibn Kathir apni tafseer me ek hadith quote karte hain ke, aap (صلى الله عليه وسلم) se poochha gaya, ye aasmaan kya hai, to aap ne farmaya ke ye ek ruki huwi mauj hai.
    • Aur Hafiz Ibn Kathir ne kaha ke, iss hadith ki sanad daif hai.[63]

And let our vengeance be upon those who have wronged us, and aid us against those who show enmity towards us, and do not make our affliction in our religion, and do not make this world our greatest concern, nor the limit of our knowledge, and do not give power over us to those who will not have mercy on us. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَلَّمَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُومُ مِنْ مَجْلِسٍ حَتَّى يَدْعُوَ بِهَؤُلاَءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ لأَصْحَابِهِ ‏ “‏ اللَّهُمَّ اقْسِمْ لَنَا مِنْ خَشْيَتِكَ مَا يَحُولُ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ مَعَاصِيكَ وَمِنْ طَاعَتِكَ مَا تُبَلِّغُنَا بِهِ جَنَّتَكَ وَمِنَ الْيَقِينِ مَا تُهَوِّنُ بِهِ عَلَيْنَا مُصِيبَاتِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَتِّعْنَا بِأَسْمَاعِنَا وَأَبْصَارِنَا وَقُوَّتِنَا مَا أَحْيَيْتَنَا وَاجْعَلْهُ الْوَارِثَ مِنَّا وَاجْعَلْ ثَأْرَنَا عَلَى مَنْ ظَلَمَنَا وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى مَنْ عَادَانَا وَلاَ تَجْعَلْ مُصِيبَتَنَا فِي دِينِنَا وَلاَ تَجْعَلِ الدُّنْيَا أَكْبَرَ هَمِّنَا وَلاَ مَبْلَغَ عِلْمِنَا وَلاَ تُسَلِّطْ عَلَيْنَا مَنْ لاَ يَرْحَمُنَا ‏”‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ ‏.‏ وَقَدْ رَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ‏.‏

[2] It was narrated that ‘Adiyy bin Hatim said: “I asked the Messenger of Allah about hunting with the Mirad and the said: ‘If the sharp edge hits (the game), then eat, but if the broad edge of it strikes it, do not eat it.”‘

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الذَّارِعُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مِحْصَنٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُصَيْنٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ صَيْدِ الْمِعْرَاضِ فَقَالَ ‏ “‏ إِذَا أَصَابَ بِحَدِّهِ فَكُلْ وَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ ‏”‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Anas bin Malik: that Ar-Rubai’ bint An-Nadr came to the Prophet (ﷺ) – and her son Harithah bin Suraqah had been killed on the Day of Badr, having been struck by an arrow, shot by an unknown person – so she came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and said: “Inform me about Harithah. If he has reached goodness, I shall be forbearing and patient. If he has not reached goodness, I will struggle supplicating for him.” So Allah’s Prophet (ﷺ) said: “O Umm Harithah! There are gardens in Paradise, and verily your son Harithah has reached the highest part of Paradise, and Al-Firdaws is the highest part of Paradise, its most center and best.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، رضى الله عنه أَنَّ الرُّبَيِّعَ بِنْتَ النَّضْرِ، أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَكَانَ ابْنُهَا حَارِثَةُ بْنُ سُرَاقَةَ أُصِيبَ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ أَصَابَهُ سَهْمٌ غَرَبٌ فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ أَخْبِرْنِي عَنْ حَارِثَةَ لَئِنْ كَانَ أَصَابَ خَيْرًا احْتَسَبْتُ وَصَبَرْتُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُصِبِ الْخَيْرَ اجْتَهَدْتُ فِي الدُّعَاءِ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ “‏ يَا أُمَّ حَارِثَةَ إِنَّهَا جِنَانٌ فِي جَنَّةٍ وَإِنَّ ابْنَكِ أَصَابَ الْفِرْدَوْسَ الأَعْلَى وَالْفِرْدَوْسُ رَبْوَةُ الْجَنَّةِ وَأَوْسَطُهَا وَأَفْضَلُهَا ‏”‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَنَسٍ ‏.‏

[3] Khilas bin ‘Amr said: “I heard Aisha (ra) say: ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), Abii Al-Qbim, and I were beneath a single blanket, and I was menstruating. If something got on him from me, he would wash whatever had got on him and he did not wash anywhere else, and he prayed in it then came back to me.And if anything got on him from me,he would do exactly the same and he did not wash anywhere else.”‘

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَابِرُ بْنُ صُبْحٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ خِلاَسَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ، تَقُولُ كُنْتُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ، صلى الله عليه وسلم أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ فِي الشِّعَارِ الْوَاحِدِ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ، طَامِثٌ فَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ مِنِّي شَىْءٌ غَسَلَ مَا أَصَابَهُ لَمْ يَعْدُهُ إِلَى غَيْرِهِ وَصَلَّى فِيهِ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ مَعِي فَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ مِنِّي شَىْءٌ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ لَمْ يَعْدُهُ إِلَى غَيْرِهِ ‏.‏

[4] Ibn ‘Abbas said: If one has intercourse in the beginning of the menses,(one should give) one dinar; in case one has intercourse towards the end of the menses, then half a dinar (should be given)

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلاَمِ بْنُ مُطَهَّرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ، – يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُلَيْمَانَ – عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الْجَزَرِيِّ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ إِذَا أَصَابَهَا فِي أَوَّلِ الدَّمِ فَدِينَارٌ وَإِذَا أَصَابَهَا فِي انْقِطَاعِ الدَّمِ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ‏.‏ حكم: صحيح موقوف (الألباني)

[5] It was narrated that ‘Ata’ bin Abu Rabah said: “I heard Ibn ‘Abbas saying that a man was injured in the head at the time of the Messenger of Allah, then he had a wet dream. He was told to have a bath, so he took the bath, became rigid and stiff, and died. News of that reached the Messenger of Allah and he said: ‘They have killed him, may Allah kill them! Is not the cure for a lack of knowledge to ask questions?'”‘Ata’ said: “We heard that the Messenger of Allah said: ‘If only he had washed his body and left his head alone where the wound was.'”

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعِشْرِينَ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يُخْبِرُ أَنَّ رَجُلاً، أَصَابَهُ جُرْحٌ فِي رَأْسِهِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ثُمَّ أَصَابَهُ احْتِلاَمٌ فَأُمِرَ بِالاِغْتِسَالِ فَاغْتَسَلَ فَكُزَّ فَمَاتَ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ ‏”‏ قَتَلُوهُ قَتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَفَلَمْ يَكُنْ شِفَاءَ الْعِيِّ السُّؤَالُ ‏”‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ عَطَاءٌ وَبَلَغَنَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏”‏ لَوْ غَسَلَ جَسَدَهُ وَتَرَكَ رَأْسَهُ حَيْثُ أَصَابَهُ الْجِرَاحُ ‏”‏ ‏.‏

[6] Yunus said: I asked Abu Zinad about the sale of fruits before they were clearly in good condition, and what was said about it. He replied: Urwah ibn az-Zubayr reports a tradition from Sahl ibn Abi Hathmah on the authority of Zayd ibn Thabit who said: The people used to sell fruits before they were clearly in good condition. When the people cut off the fruits, and were demanded to pay the price, the buyer said: The fruits have been smitten by duman, qusham and murad fruit diseases on which they used to dispute. When their disputes which were brought to the Prophet (ﷺ) increased, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to them as an advice: No, do not sell fruits till they are in good condition, due to a large number of their disputes and differences.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَنْبَسَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الزِّنَادِ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ، قَبْلَ أَنْ يَبْدُوَ، صَلاَحُهُ وَمَا ذُكِرَ فِي ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ كَانَ عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ كَانَ النَّاسُ يَتَبَايَعُونَ الثِّمَارَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا فَإِذَا جَدَّ النَّاسُ وَحَضَرَ تَقَاضِيهِمْ قَالَ الْمُبْتَاعُ قَدْ أَصَابَ الثَّمَرَ الدُّمَانُ وَأَصَابَهُ قُشَامٌ وَأَصَابَهُ مُرَاضٌ عَاهَاتٌ يَحْتَجُّونَ بِهَا فَلَمَّا كَثُرَتْ خُصُومَتُهُمْ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَالْمَشُورَةِ يُشِيرُ بِهَا ‏ “‏ فَإِمَّا لاَ فَلاَ تَتَبَايَعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا ‏”‏ ‏.‏ لِكَثْرَةِ خُصُومَتِهِمْ وَاخْتِلاَفِهِمْ ‏.‏ حكم: صحيح (الألباني)

[7] ‘Ali reported the Prophet as saying, “If anyone transgresses and receives his punishment in this world, God is too just to repeat the punishment to His servant in the next; and if anyone transgresses and God conceals it and forgives him, He is too generous to go back upon a thing He has forgiven.” [Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying this is a gharib tradition.]

وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ أَصَابَ حَدًّا فَعُجِّلَ عُقُوبَتَهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَاللَّهُ أَعْدَلُ مِنْ أَنْ يُثَنِّيَ عَلَى عَبْدِهِ الْعُقُوبَةَ فِي الْآخِرَة وَمن أصَاب حد فستره اللَّهُ عليهِ وَعَفَا عَنْهُ فَاللَّهُ أَكْرَمُ مِنْ أَنْ يَعُودَ فِي شَيْءٍ قَدْ عَفَا عَنْهُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ هَذَا الْبَاب خَال عَن الْفَصْل الثَّالِث – حكم: لم تتمّ دراسته (الألباني)

[8] It was narrated from `A’ishah that: A woman stole (something) and she was brought to the Prophet. They said: “Who would dare to speak to the Messenger of Allah except Usamah.” So they spoke to Usamah and he spoke to (the Prophet). The Prophet said: “O Usamah, the Children of Israel were destroyed because whenever a noble person among them committed a crime, for which a Hadd punishment was deserved, they would let him go. But if a low-class person among them committed such a crime, they would carry out the punishment on him. If Fatimah bint Muhammad were to steal, I would cut off her hand.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، سَرَقَتْ فَأُتِيَ بِهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالُوا مَنْ يَجْتَرِئُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ أُسَامَةَ فَكَلَّمُوا أُسَامَةَ فَكَلَّمَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ “‏ يَا أُسَامَةُ إِنَّمَا هَلَكَتْ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ حِينَ كَانُوا إِذَا أَصَابَ الشَّرِيفُ فِيهِمُ الْحَدَّ تَرَكُوهُ وَلَمْ يُقِيمُوا عَلَيْهِ وَإِذَا أَصَابَ الْوَضِيعُ أَقَامُوا عَلَيْهِ لَوْ كَانَتْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ لَقَطَعْتُهَا ‏”‏ ‏.‏

[9] Abu Musa (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “The guidance and knowledge with which Allah has sent me are like abundant rain which fell on a land. A fertile part of it absorbed the water and brought forth profuse herbage and pasture; and solid ground patches which retained the water by which Allah has benefited people, who drank from it, irrigated their crops and sowed their seeds; and another sandy plane which could neither retain the water nor produce herbage. Such is the similitude of the person who becomes well-versed in the religion of Allah and receives benefit from the Message entrusted to me by Allah, so he himself has learned and taught it to others; such is also the similitude of the person who has stubbornly and ignorantly rejected Allah’s Guidance with which I have been sent.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

وعن أبي موسى رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ “‏مثل ما بعثني الله به من الهدى والعلم كمثل غيث أصاب أرضًا، فكانت منها طائفة طيبة قبلت الماء فأنبتت الكلأ، والعشب الكثير وكان منها أجادب أمسكت الماء، فنفع الله بها الناس، فشربوا منها وسقوا وزرعوا، وأصاب طائفة منها أخرى إنما هي قيعان لا تمسك ماء ولا تنبت كلأ فذلك مثل من فقه في دين الله ونفعه ما بعثني الله به وعلم، ومثل من لم يرفع بذلك رأسًا ولم يقبل هدى الله الذي أرسلت به‏”‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏

[10] Ibn ‘Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “If Allah afflicts punishment upon a nation, it befalls the whole population indiscriminately and then they will be resurrected and judged according to their deeds.” [Al- Bukhari and Muslim].

وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال : قال رسولُ اللهِ : « إذَا أنْزَلَ اللهُ تَعَالَى بِقَومٍ عَذَاباً ، أصَابَ العَذَابُ مَنْ كَانَ فِيهِمْ ، ثُمَّ بُعِثُوا عَلَى أَعْمَالِهِمْ » . متفق عليه .

[11] ‘Amr bin ‘Al-‘As (May Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, “When a judge utilizes his skill of judgement and comes to a right decision, he will have a double reward, but when he uses his judgement and commits a mistake, he will have a single reward.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

وعن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنه سمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول‏:‏ ‏ “‏إذا حكم الحاكم، فاجتهد، ثم أصاب، فله أجران، وإن حكم واجتهد، فأخطأ، فله أجر‏”‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
